We stayed at the Cheyenne along with family members for a wedding. We not only stayed there, but the rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception and family brunch was also at the resort. The service was timely, friendly and the food was extremely good. We did find out, however, that other family members received bed turn-down service along with a candy mint on their pillow every night. We did not. They also did not refresh our supply of shoe shining kits every day when we needed it. All in all, we would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone.

The bed was too soft. The room had trouble with it's heating system, which made the room very warm and uncomforable. But, the staff was very friendly. And the view was wonderful. Next time, I'll request a firmer bed. As for the heating system, this happen on our second to the last day there.

Only problem was that it was hard to find at night in an unfamiliar city! Directions were suboptimal. It was a delightful place to stay, once we got there!

I believe I really was lucky to have found this resort. It is a lovely hotel on beautiful grounds. Our room had a breathtaking view of the mountains and the lake, and everything was very clean and comfortable. The only problem was that we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around a lot at night in their room and on the stairs, which woke us up occasionally. Other than that, we were really pleased with the experience and will definitely stay there again if we visit Colorado Springs in the future.

Impressive view. Staff accomodating to requests. Most rooms have beautiful views and no problems with making changes in room location based on view preference. We stayed and then made reservations for our family members who thought it was a wonderful setting to enjoy the area

This is a fabulous resort for those who want to "get away from it all". View is breathtaking and it is very peaceful. Service was exceptional; food was great, although the buffet is a little pricey. I would definitely recommend this resort to others. Tip: it's better if you have your own car and don't rely on cabs, etc. That becomes pricey if you want to go sight seeing or drive up to nearby towns.

Beautiful resort. Good food and quality service. the only downside was very noisy neighbors. The bulidings are wooden, so they don't insulate noise to well.

We would have liked more dinner options. There was only an expensive buffet. Though the breakfast buffet was good. We all wished the indoor pool was warmer.
