| Hotel convenient to Bradley Field. Shuttle quick, courteous. Breakfast Buffet features "do-it-yourself" waffles. Staff welcoming. A comfortable hotel for arrival and early departure.

| The front desk called us 15 minutes after we checked in to see if our romm was okay and if there was anything we needed. That was a first! Comfortable bed and pillows. They even had a full service menu for a nearby restaurant that delivered a full meal to our room in 30 minutes. We only needed to stay one night, but we could have been comfortable for a longer stay.

| We were never asked if we preferred a non-smoking room, so of course we ended up in a smoker's room. When we asked about it, there were no non-smoking rooms available. There were ashes in the sink, and the place stank! Couldn't breathe most of the night, and two days later my jacket still reaked of stale smoke. Also had to ask for drinking cups (there were none in the room), only to discover that the coffee maker in our room didn't work anyway.

| A fine place to stay when you have an early flight in the morning. Beware that the shuttle to the airport only runs every half hour.

| An older hotel very close to the airport and conveniently close to interstate access as well. Hotel personnel were courteous and professional. Parking is limited and access can be challenging during heavy traffic.

| My husband and I were pleased with the hotel and its service. The room was comfortable (except we found the pillows much too soft), but everything else was great. We also appreciated the closeness to the airport. The shuttle provided by the hotel picked us up right on time and the driver was very courteous.
