The good thing about this hotel is that it's near the Airpot and not far from dontown area.

Stayed @ this hotel before a early flight from Phoenix. It was ok, the room we had seemed a little bit older, the ac was working initially. Called the front desk and someone came to fix it within 10 minutes. The air was never really cold, the room for the price was adaquate..

Stayed for a full week. Hotel is clean and conveniently located. Just off I10, most popular eateries within 1 mile (Atlanta Bread Company, Applebees, etc.) , McDonalds is practically in their parking lot. Pool is small, but clean. Plenty of lounge chairs. Gold's gym is right across the street and open 24hrs! You get a free pass as a hotel guest. Wireless access only available in second floor lounge, which has two overstuffed chairs and a couch. Maintenance was very responsive to two issues we had (light bulb and faucet). The price is right for this hotel, if you need luxury, then pay for a luxury hotel. If you just need a comfortable place to stay, this is it.

Not bad, but nothing special by any means. My girfriend complained that the jacuzzi was cold and they explained a part was broken, and it was fixed the next day. The staff was courteous, and the rooms were pretty clean (although there was some dust on the top of the curtains). The beds left a little to be desired, I kept feeling the springs pop.

The outside of the hotel and lobby were nice, the rooms were dark and in desperate need of a remodel. One night, my husband and I were trying to sleep and couldn't because of very loud talking and laughing, after about 10 minutes my husband went out to see what was going on and it turned out to be the hotel staff making all the noise. It was not a pleasant stay.

Although I saw some families heading out to the pool, I'd really recommend this hotel for a business stay. The staff was friendly and personable (the only spot in Phoenix where you can hear an 'oy vey' after complaining of a 7 hour drive from Los Angeles on check-in). Try the Eye Opener breakfast burrito on the room service menu. Also close to a Kinko's with a good tobaccanist next door. Be careful of the locals, they carry guns.

The hotel was decent for the price I paid. The room was large and had a nice balcony. The staff was a bit confused during check-in, but otherwise nice. I appreciated the airport pick up and the free shuttle to the local outlet mall. The location was a block away from a mini mall with a few restaurants and a convenience store in a gas station. The only complaints I had were the soiled hall carpet and the fact that they stuck me in a room equipped with a bathroom for disabled people (with steel bars everywhere) without telling me.
