| The hotel is very clean and it is in a convenient location for the attractions. I stayed there for a week and every day the room was cleaned properly. The bathroom was also very clean. I did not use their restaurants or any other service so I can not comment on that. Overall it was a nice stay for that price

| The hotel was fine for the money. It was very close to Disney. Only problem was the daily free shuttle service to all of the parks picks up first thing in the morning and comes back that night there is only 1 shuttle a day so if you miss it you are out of luck.

| This hotel was fine in that the room was a decent size and clean, but I wouldn't stay here again because there are so many other hotels in the area which are closer to Disney and the airport with similar prices and features. This Howard Johnson also charges a resort fee per night even though they are not like a resort at all and I did not have time to use any of their pools or other facilities. Another thing, the front desk staff were not very helpful..

| The hotel is great if you just want a place to shower and sleep. The pools were overcrowded and didnt seem to be maintained on a constant basis. Close to all the big attractions, which worked out well for us. The cleaning and maintenance staff were great, after 3 coffee pots, we finally got one that worked. Bring your own coffee, and you have to ask for extra towels on a daily basis. One of the older motels in the area, but once again....for sleep and showering worked out great.

| We got into the hotel at about 2:00 am, which gave us a chance to see them at night, when we walked in and turned lights on, they were everywhere. Roaches in the tub, by the beds, in the dressers, I complained and we were given a different room. The pool was ok, the hot tub was disgusting, I won't stay at another Howard Johnson.

| After arriving to the hotel shortly after midnight for our five night stay, I found little insects in our room over the bathroom sink. I thought they were just a one time thing, however in the morning they were there again. So I did nothing again thinking the same "one time thing". However after a few hours of site seeing and coming back to the hotel the same little insects were in the sink AGAIN and I requested a new room. I got the new room with no problem but cleaning services should notice something like that. Also my remote control did not work and the air conditionair was a bit too loud compared to the others. All of this in one room.

| Pillows were yellow with slobber rings, sheets were stained. Housekeeping was supposed to have cleaned our room, and there were still crumbs from our meal the night before on the bed and the floor. Photos on the web dont capture the true dinginess of this so-called resort. Amenities here are not of a resort-class. (there was a pool, and four or five old arcade games, three of which actually worked).

After checking in I asked for a Coffee maker and it was sent to my room within minutes. The room I chose was non-smokers and it was clean and well maintained. Bathroom was also neat and towels were clean. I recommend this hotel to everybody on vacation or business to Orlando.

| My main comment is I could have stayed at anouther hotel and paid much more money and recieved the same sevice and quality of room. When we drove up I was not impressed but once we got into our rooms they were clean and large the beds were very comfortable. The staff at the front was nice and welcomed us. We went to the breakfast buffet in the morning and the food was good it was a buffet and again the price was reasonable. We took the shuttle over to Disney and this saved us money in parking plus I was not sure of directions. Everything was convient for me, and took the hassel out of the trip. I would recomend this hotel to my family and friends that want to vistit Orlando for the theme parks

| rooms are your average hotel rooms, hotel is starting to show its age (exterior). all 3 pools are nice and my kids loved going to different pools! Fitness room is an average treadmill and an average stair climber with no other equipment. I was charged about $3.00/day for a "resort fee", but never during my stay did I witness any service other than someone behind the front desk and chamber maids, and other than the pools there were no activities available.

| The photos show this place as looking pretty nice for the price, but in reality it is an aging hotel with new bedspreads, art, and lamps, but not much else is updated, new or really clean. It was a good place to stay for 2 nights while we did the parks, but I wouldn't stay here if we hadn't needed just a place to sleep. The front desk people tried to be helpful and when our family requested adjoining rooms she assured us that the rooms were adjoining. When we got to them however, we noticed that one of the rooms and the one next door were adjoining and out other room was on the other side. Oops! Good price though for the area and close to restaurants, the parks, and other stores.

| I have never written a review or complained about a hotel but people should avoid this one. They had my reservation for two rooms wrong and did not get it right for all three days we were there - even to them giving our room to someone else on the third day (other people walking into one room at 2a.m. and calling the other at 2 to confirm our name after we had been there three days. Amazingly by check out they still didn't have it right). Called twice to open the safe - never happened! Called to activate my phone for long distance - never happened! Could not find a crib until the second day and not until 9:45 pm - 2hours after I called. Every time we swam we had to ask for towels - one of the times never got them. Not even a coffee maker in room or lobby. "Dial up internet provided" means they have a phone line - use your own provider (sorry if you normally use high speed and don't have a dial up provider). Rooms were not in good repair. Hot tub was not even as hot as bath water. I have travelled all over the world and had better service in developing countries.
