| Arriving on a 100 plus day the reserved rooms had not had the air conditioners turned on and it took several hours for the room to become even moderately tolerable. The hotel staff was not apologetic about this obvious annoyance. The hallways were also not air conditioned in this normally hot town.

| You can't beat it for the money. Simple and clean. A plethera of dining choices within walking distance. Easy access to freeway, and close to everything of importence in Bakersfield. All this with a free breakfast and free wireless internet. WOW!!!

| This is a very large hotel but old. You can see where there is an effort to keep it up. It is clean no complaints. The rooms are big at least the one we had was basic with two queen size beds.

| For the price, this is an okay place. I picked it because of the free wireless and that worked perfectly. The room itself was not all that great and the airconditioner was extremely loud and didn't work very well. Honestly, I'd probably go there again since the price is so good.
