| I love the fact that they had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Especially when you have and infant that need warm milk. The price was a lot better than others and most hotels did not have a microwave in the room. This was a great choice for us.

| Maid service didn't restock coffee either morning. Room was big and comfortable, nothing fancy. Wireless internet was great. Location to Portland is nice.

| Our hotel room smelled like cigarette smoke somewhat. I thought I signed up for a Non-Smoking room?

| We had a mini suite, which had a little fridge, microwave and iron/ironing board. It was clean and quiet, but one of the beds had a broken wheel on the corner of the bed and it made the bed slant down on the right side by my feet. There was no way the maid could have missed that!

| This is an older hotel and if you have stayed at other Shilo Inn's it falls short of the newer ones. The room are accessed by metal keys and frankly I can't remember the last time I was at a hotel using keys. The housekeeping staff was absolutely surly. We received an OK from the front desk to check out 15 minutes later than the stated check out time but the housekeeping person assigned to our room stood outside our room for those 15 minutes with her arms folded across her chest giving us very hostile looks until we left. We were left with a less than favorable impression thanks to that last encounter.

| The hotel worked fine for a place to lay your head. I don't know that I will stay there again on my next trip. The phone did not work in the room.
