| The pool was open and warm....in the middle of April. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff bent over backwards for us.

| This is not just another motel. The staff go out of their way to make the stay a staff-supported one. They gave me maps and directions; they called to make sure that all was okay in my room; and, they were always pleasant and helpful. I thank you for the opportunity to laud their customer service as I was really impressed and really wanted a way to tell them and others.

| Our hotel was right off the freeway and right across the street from free bus service into downtown Tacoma and the Dome district. The hotel was amazingly quiet for being so near a busy freeway and city. The front desk staff very quickly sorted out the confusion with our reservation. We had booked a king room but were sent to a double. Breakfast is fairly bare bones but good, hot coffee, enough to get you to nearby Freighthouse Square where they sell amazing cinnamon rolls. The room was wonderful for the price. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, a lazy boy recliner and good water pressure in the shower. An excellent value.

| Good service, although I booked a king size bed room, and they gave me a standard room, but they corrected their mistake in less than 30 min and apologized. Reasonable hotel.
