| I won't be going back in spite of the very competitive price. I guess Grandma Martha was right. "You get what you pay for."

| Our flight came in at 1am and by the time that we checked in to the hotel we were quite exhausted. Our room was on the second floor, and unfortunately the hotel does not have an elevator. The hotel is is older, and the building shows it's age; however, it is clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff and the service was wonderful! The price of the room is fair for what you get. The location is very convenient to the airport as well. We definitely plan to stay there again when we're in Minnesota.

| I stayed at this hotel on a whim to support a business class. There is no real security; the so-called contenintal breakfast was the pits, nothing was fresh, ran out of juice, the waffle irons didnt work properly and you couldnt get a waffle out in once piece (try a pile of crips yuck). The customer service at the front desk at night had a sever attitude. No help, the shuttle was missing for the ride to the mall of america; ended up taking myself. Will never stay here again.

| LaQuinta chain had only operated this hotel for three weeks. I would have liked to know that when booking as my choice may have been different. Having stayed in the La Quinta chains other hotels and been satisfied it was obvious that the customer service training of the former hotel owners employees had not been completed. The room was not up to snuff (I.E. there was an empty soft drink container along a bedframe and a cigar butt in a non smoking room on the floor behind the dresser.) This is not one I would recommend at least for a year to give them time to get the hotel and personnel in shape.

| The La Quinta Inn has the person on the GO in mind! Breakfast starts at 6:00AM - one has time eat and hit the road early. Very Nice in my book! Was also happy with the spacious parking areas. Driving an above average vehicle needs more than the compact car spots found at some hotels.

| We stayed here for one night. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were happy with the shuttle service to the airport. I don't know if I would want to stay at this hotel for more than a day or two, but for airport travelers, it is perfect.

| Standard continental breakfast was OK but free. The maid staff did a good job, but overall the building had an old feel mostly due to the dark musty halls. Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy. [our stay started by a police cruiser following us into the lot as we were unloading our luggage]

| In all fairness, the hotel was clean; however, it didn't appear so. The carpeting had red stains on it and the ceilings had water stains. The bedding was comfortable and they always provided us with fresh linens. I was least impressed at the water in the shower because it would automatically run cold after awhile, and then go back to whatever temperature it was set at. Overall, a decent place to stay if you need to, but I think the location did not leave it to upkeep.

| The price was very reasonable for the area, the continental breakfast was very adequate, and the beds were comfortable. There was a broken entry key[plastic card w/holes] that we found in the bathroom, and we had to crawl around to plug in 2 of the lamps, which kind of indicates a lack of attention to detail.

| I was turned off because the picture that I saw online was not like the actual hotel. Online the room looked up to date and nice. The actual room was outdated and one of the beds was noticeably lower to the floor than the other bed. I had wanted a bottle of water, but the vending machine that contained water and juice was completely empty. I instead had to get a soda, but there were only two types of soda left out of all of the selections, and being pregnant I didn't want either of them because they were high in caffeine. I just feel that they could have had the vending machines stocked for their guests. I do think that the people that worked there were friendly.
