| The room clerk was working with a pencilled list, not a computer - a young girl was playing on the computer. The hallways were very dirty, the room was somewhat dirty. There was mold in the shower where the wallpaper had torn away from the wall above the shower tile. Thne bed wasn't king size. HBowever, it was late, so we stayed.

| We were disappointed at the condition of this hotel. The building looked good outwardly, but the elevator was not carpeted, with cigarette butts thrown all over. The sink pipes in the bathroom leaked. The microwave did not work.

| Location and area was nice. They need to clean. They need to clean. They need to clean. A little bit of maintenance could go a long way. Sad, this could have be a really nice hotel but the cleaning is lacking. The floors need alot of attention and the trash is allowed to overflow in common areas. The breakfast is lacking, but I rarely partake of the hotels breakfast.

| The hotel was very run down. furniture was old. drawers did not close. hallways were dirty. the bathroom sink was clogged. the air conditioner was not sealed properly. in the winter this room would have been very drafty. insufficient towels were provided. the coffee maker was broken. the receptionist did not know how to assign rooms. she almost assigned us an occupied room until someone else pointed out that the room was already occupied. the continental breakfast was so measly, we did not even bother eating there.

| This hotel is older and starting to look dated, but for the price it was a deal. The rooms were clean, the staff helpful and honest. I tried to leave a tip for the housekeepers twice and they wouldn't take it. I finally had to leave it with the front desk. We stayed for a week, our linens were changed every day, and they left plenty of towels. I will stay there again, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable room at a budget price, this is a good bet.
