| The room was a lot bigger than expected. The balconies are huge and most have a pretty good view of the water. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.

| The only thing I would suggest to the hotel is it would be great if someone could daily scoop out all the trash that washes up along the shoreline in front of the hotel -- that was so gross to see! Otherwise, beautiful clean facility!

| Although it was hard to find, the hotel was definitely worth it. There were beautiful views, and large, spacious rooms. The only complaint I have is that the bar wasn't open at 12:30am on a Saturday night.

| When they said right next to the Queen Mary we didnt really expect it to be so close. We were glad that it had space, views, grounds, water views, clean rooms and nice ammenities. It was more resortish than city like as most other hotels appeared. There are a lot of inlets and penninsulas in Long Beach, and it is on one that is separated from the bulk of the Long Beach development, and it was a little confusing to find, but that made it a little more private and special feeling.

| Very professional and extremely clean. Dining servers were great. Breakfast buffet worth every cent. It was a great start to the morn having a cup of coffee on the outside patio taking in the harbor. The outside grounds looked nice and well maintained. I would definitely return. Highly recommend.

| Hotel was clean with great service. Also, lots of activities nearby. Only problem was directions. Online maps was not accurate and I ended up at Harbor City which was two Bridges away. It's a little tricky to get there. A few extra signs on HWY 710 will be really helpful.
