This was a very nice hotel and much larger than I thought. Staff very courteous. Decorated very nicely. Felt like an extention of the Museum.

The room was clean and comfortable. Kids liked the indoor pool. Only problem was a tray of food left in the hallway for most of the day.

This is a very nice hotel on the inside. The outside is a little dated looking. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is that they do not have a free (included in price) breakfast nor do they have SoapNet; even though they do have The Shopping Network (why?). Didn't get a chance to try out the indoor pool or hot tub and the sauna was out of order. The restaurant food was very good both times we ate there.

This pink victorian hotel provides a quiet retreat from freeway frenzy. Clean and comfortable, but the food is terrible. Rubber-tough steaks, iceberg lettuce salads. Hideaway bed is extremely uncomfortable: you sleep on the springs. And the hotel doesn't have a fix, not even a pillowtop mattress cover. Slept on pile of blankets to solve the problem. Large indoor pool, hot tub and fitness room are plusses.

the hotel was in a good location outside of detroit. the rooms were very clean and alot bigger then other hotel rooms. you could not hear noise coming from the hall, which is a issue with my husband. we used the pool and workout area which also had alot of space. we will stay there again while in detroit. hopefully next time we will have enough time to visit greenfield village

This is our second stay here and we stayed two nights this time! One point that stuck out: after housekeeping went through the room after our first night, we smiled and were touched when we saw that not only did the maids make up our king bed, but they "made up" my 4 month old's Pack N Play as well as my 2 yr old's sofa bed mattress by folding up their "blankeys" and placing their "loveys" on the blanket. The pool is well maintained but the sauna needs fixin'. The restaurant is good but we didn't frequent the pub. The free in-room wireless rocks as does the free lobby access. And, nothing beats the fresh baked cookies at the front desk!

Very convenient to the airport, with rock-bottom rates for this market. This is a much larger property than typical Best Westerns I've known, with more amenities (e.g., sauna, suites) and a real restaurant/lounge. I love the collection of automobile photos lining the hallways. Best feature: frequently offers a free breakfast from the restaurant when I book through Expedia. I stay here every week when in the area.

This hotel is a nice place to stay, but don't eat at O'Henry's Restaurant located on site. Other than making a great omelet, everything else ordered at the restaurant was bad. Overcooked/undercooked, wrong orders, substitutions made by the kitchen unannounced by wait staff, and in general poor wait service, made this experience memorable for all the wrong reasons.

The hotel is a little worn around the edges, but was a good value and close to The Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. This was the second time we've stayed there, both quite satisfactory. It's a little hard to get to the hotel, and the I-94 construction can make it a challenge.

When we first pulled up, I thought,"Uh-oh, close to the freeway and a train track on the other side. The walls must be thick, we never heard a thing...nice and quiet. The pool and hot tub area were a little tricky to access, but well worth it. The service was great and the rooms were exceptionally clean. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. A room with 2 double beds had plenty of room between them and on each side - just enough of a gap for the kids to jump between them! The only complaint would be in the on-site restaurant, O'Henry's - it was VERY COLD in the room we sat! Excellent service and good food too!

We were visiting Dearborn for a long weekend to see the Henry Ford Museum, and other "car" attractions.. This Inn is in a great location right near the Henry Ford and Greenfield Village. They have a great restaurant right there which we enjoyed for breakfast each day. Food was fine, service very friendly. I can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating the staff was. My husband especially enjoyed the antique car theme as dozens of car pictures and memoriabilia is displayed throughout the Inn.
