The hotel was very clean, beautiful, and classy. Looks just exactly like the pictures on the internet. The only thing I could complain about would be that who ever stayed in the room before us must have ordered room service, because it was sitting outside our door to the side and it was still there when we checked out the next day.

My Fiance and I just returned from a weekend getaway at the Nashville Hilton and I have to say it is the only place to stay in town. The location is fabulous. It is directly across the street from the Country Music Hall of Fame. The Gaylord Auditorium next door always had something going on. A quick walk down the street takes you to the famous bars of Nashville. I highly recommend this place!!

This hotel was beautiful and right in the center of downtown. There was live music in the lobby as we arrived on a Friday evening. Staff at the hotel was very accomodating...and friendly! We stayed with our 4 children and felt very at home. We will stay there again.

Hotel is directly across the street from Gaylord Entertainment Center which is where I was spending most of my time. Hotel is close to everything. You can walk just about anywhere you want to go. King Suite was great! The bed is very comfortable and the room stayed dark. I overslept every morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was a nice place to stay while enjoying the downtown Nashville attractions, within walking distance of many. A bit pricey, but we had a great room, and there's a fun sport's bar with good food and atmosphere.

I went to Nashville specifically to see a concert at the Gaylord Entertainment Center but decided to make a weekend of it. I just booked the closest decent-looking hotel I found on Expedia without any expectations. It ended up being perfect. Once I parked my car, I never had to move it. Everything I wanted to see was within fat guy walking distance. There are so many bars, restaurants, and shops within that one little area. The Gaylord Center was across the street on one side, and the Country Music Hall of Fame was on the other. The hotel itself was great. It was very classy and clean, with a very helpful and courteous staff. I plan on staying there any time I visit Nashville from now on.

Fabulous from the word go! The rooms were clean, huge and very comfortable- marble and tile everywhere. The lobby was very inviting and well decorated, overstuffed chairs just inviting you to sit and relax. This is the first place I have ever stayed and slept well (comfy bed) plus there was enough covers to keep you warm without adding extra. The hotel was very easy to navigate, the staff helpful and prompt. The only downside I saw was where other guests set their room service trays out and weren't removed early (by 8:00 a.m.). The Palm restaurant was delicious but a little pricey. The sax player entertained us all in the little open air cafe in the lobby, a really nice touch! Even my husband who is not a into that type of music bragged on him. The Eddie George Grill was great too, we ate outdoors on the side patio with huge servings and a great waiter. The valet parking was $ 17.00 and self was $ 14.00- a little pricey here too but with being downtown the space is limited for parking areas- the upside is the fact you don't have to spend everywhere else for paying parking since everything you need is downtown. We definitely intend on coming back !

The Downtown Hilton is the perfect hotel if you are attending a concert or sporting event at the Gaylord Center (next door), or the Ryman or Country Music Hall of fame. The hotel is beautifully manicured! Eddie's Sports Bar in the lobby is great for NFL games, a fun crowd! The hotel is conveniently connected to a large parking deck. Parking is often hard to come by downtown Nashville. My ONLY complaint was that the beds are very very soft & the double rooms are cramped, though pretty.

The location is good- with in walking distance to several area attractions. However, the hotel rooms themselves need to be updated. Hilton basically took a regular size room and split it in two and called it a suite. There have to be better places to stay in the area.

For the money, the hotel was not what I expected. There were several items missing from our hotel room upon arrival (for example, Coffee mugs)and the overall feel was not what I expected. I have stayed in most of the downtown hotels and think that there are better hotels for the money.

The Hilton is located in the center of downtown Nashville, a two minute walk from the Country Music Hall of Fame and 30 seconds from the Gaylord Entertainment complex. Restaurants and music clubs are within two or three blocks so it is convenient to arrive, park and walk to almost any type of destination from food to shows and museums. The rooms are suites consisting of a spacious bedroom, sitting room and large bathroom. The amenities include a small refrigerator and microwave. The hotel staff was very helpful and responsive as well as friendly. Although we did not eat at the hotel but once, for breakfast, the food was better than average. We have stayed at other hotels in Nashville, but will stay at the Hilton from now on.
