| The Hotel was nice, we had overall a good experience with the service, however the bell boy was a little late in the morning when we needed our car, so they let me down then, but overall, it was nice.(Another problem was that I saw a water bug that scared the mess out of me so i couldn't sleep, but it was a beautiful and clean room)

| This Hotel was very comfortable and very well located. With the Valet Parking it was easy to get your vehicle out and return to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was very enjoyable, you could either eat a large breakfast or a simple breakfast of fruit and cereal. The only problem we had was on the second night and there were no towels. After a call to the desk, towels arrived within 5 to 10 minutes. I would encourage anyone going to New Orleans to stay at this hotel. Price was right, location was good, and service was excellent.

| They wanted to put us in a handicap room and then a non-smoking room and then a standard (double bed room). We ended up with two regular beds instead one king and non-smoking instead of smoking! However, they did allow us to smoke in the room we were placed in.

| The only negative I can think of is that the sheets were bad. They weren't soft and actually felt like they had been starched.
