A safe and friendly atmosphere. I would definitely stay there again. The catered food wasn't the best, but the service was for the most part, excellent.

This has to be the best place to stay in Mazatlan. Excellent location, service & 'charm'. Restaurants on site were very good as well as pool/palapa food & service.Angelo's (Italian) on site was superb! Ate their twice. We were 2 families with teenagers. It would be nice if their were in room safes as using the hotel safe is somewhat inconvenient. We visit Mexico each year, different cities. We'll be back.

Great location and hotel. Excellent food and service during our stay. The only thing that needs to be updated at the hotel is the beds in our room. They had seen better days and were very uncomfortable to sleep on. Even with that, it would be a hotel we would go back to.

The Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan is a lovely, well-maintained resort with an extremely friendly staff. Everyone was happy and friendly. The restaurants were great and the pool was lovely. Our room entrance faced the street and was somewhat noisy and the beds were almost unbearably hard. Otherwise, the resort was fabulous and would definetely stay again.

When we arrived the lobby looked nice and inviting, thats where it ended. When we entered our suite it had a very strong musty mildewy smell. The refridgerator was never cleaned out from the previous guests. The bedroom mirror was filthy, giving us the impression the cleaning staff isn't doing a very good job of cleaning. We found this out to be true after staying here for a few days. The kitchen appliances are very old. The swimming pool is filled with cold water.(which might explain why no one was in it.) However the beach was very nice. Our bill at the end of the week wasn't correct and trying to fix it was quite a challenge for their employees. The sevice side of this hotel is greatly lacking. For the money we spent to stay here (and there were 11 people in our party) we were all in aggreement of our disappointment. Try a different hotel!

was expected to get only what we paid for...it was a very nice surprise, the hotel suit was on the 4th floor with direct view of the ocean. We spend alot of time on the balcony watching sun set. The waves were so loud we had to close the doors for sleep...would def recommend

I would recommend this hotel because of their excellent staff, the good restaurants on site, and the calm warm ocean water. Any place else on the hotel strip that we wanted to visit for shopping or dining was an easy, short open air taxi ride away.
