| When we arrived, there was no receptionist at the desk and had to wait awhile before we could register. We booked non-smoking rooms but the smoking rooms were in the 1st 2 or 3 floors (we were at the top floor) but still could smell the stench all over the place. Rooms were small and cramped.

| Staff was very friendly, but didn't seem to know the area very well (couldn't give directions to places around town). Breakfast was good- lots of variety for a contential breakfast. Ice machine always seemed to be empty, as there was only one for the whole hotel. For the price, it was what we expected, and we would stay there again if we are ever in the area.

| This place was just ok. Reasonably priced but not the most comfortable accomidations. The hotel is really close to the freeway so the rooms are quite noisy.

| Clean and comfortable. Seems to also be a place for the many building contractors of the area. So instead of business suits and dresses in the lobby, you're more inclined to see work shirts, jeans, and hard hats. But these guys work hard and are always polite.

| We took our 2 kids ages 4 and 1 up to Sonoma for a family weekend and stayed in Santa Rosa at this hotel just for 1 night. Selected the property based on location and low cost, since we planned to be out siteseeing most of the time, not in the hotel. The property was very much in line with the reviews we read prior to going. The pros were great cost, central location, new room amenities, i.e. looked like they had been updated recently, etc. Cons were room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 kids, loud with lots of street noise but earplugs helped and breakfast was very limited, crowded and was over by 9am on a Sunday. Recommend the Charles Schultz Museum which was very interesting, creatively displayed with interesting architecture. Had a good trip and would stay there again on a limited basis for more than 2 nights would upgrade to something nicer. Good luck!

| Three gripes:1. The corridors reeked of smoke. It smelled like a LV casino.2. The overhead fan in the windowless bathroom did not work.3. Breakfast service ended too early.

| Had a late arrival; at which point all handicapped parking was occupied, and so were all spots next to hotel. Staff advised that cars were being broken in when not parked next to hotel, which made for some anxiety. Continental breakfast was acceptable.

| When ever my wife and I are in the Santa Rosa area we use this Hotel. It is easy to get to, very neat, clean and comfortable. It is also reasonably priced. Many Hotels in this general area are exorbitant! Another benefit is the proximity to other businesses. There is a good restaurant Ajacent to the Hotel.

| Hotel was clean and easy access. It is located right next to the highway, though, and if youhave one of the rooms in that face toward the highway, the windows do not provide much sound dampening. Rooms are a bit small, but stillworkable.
