Maids do not respect your privacy, came into the room even though the privacy-do not distrub was in the door. Entertainment by pool too loud from 9pm-10pm-unable to sleep during weekdays??. Phone in room didn't work. People in restarants were great, very attentative.

Great service, very friendly staff and a good location. Will make an excellent choice for a scuba diving trip. Food was reasonably good. A room was somewhat small (for two) but very clean and in a good condition.

the hotel was nice looking from the outside, the pool area was also nice, but the rooms were furnished with poor quality furniture and very Uncomfortable beds. the rooms were also poorly clean and the a/c noicy and no temp control. the breakfast buffet had very limited choices and the food was not that good.

the hotel was nice and clean. it was within walking distance to town, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. it had fantastic snorkling right off the beach. the scuba center in the on the hotel beach was great and the diving prices were very reasonable. the air conditioning in the rooms was cranking. the only little complaint was that the beds were very hard.

Nice hotel with a great pool and friendly staff. Perfect location for SCUBA divers. We had the all-inclusive plan which was convenient. Walking distance to downtown. We stayed there in Feb 03 and May 05 and would go back.

Hotel was very clean and had a nice layout. Short walk to town. Boat ride to dive sites long, but there is some nice shore diving right there. If you enjoy "food", skip the all-inclusive. There far too many good restaurants and cheap bars in town. If you enjoy "eating" and "drinking", get the all-inclusive. It's only $35 more. The quality of food is very average. Best pool on the island.

For an AI, I guess it was OK. Food was SO SO. Staff was rude and if you did not speak the language seem to ignore you in preferece to locals. They have started playing games (bingo, vollyeball, trivia, etc.) around the pool all afternoon and late into the night. It is very annoying especiall at 10 o'clock at night to have some cruise director type yelling over a loundspeaker disturbing what use to be a peaceful scene. Still for Scuba Divers having the 5 star PADI resort on site is convinent and they do a first rate job.

What a great place to relax! They were building an addition to the Hotel, that's why the lower score(for maintenance). Some items on evening menu not available for all inclusive guest, but will give you credit for normal meal if you want the exclusive item! What a deal! Great people, very friendly staff and very clean grounds(inside and out!) Will definetly go back and stay. Perfectly located between both cruise ship piers and close to downtown. Worth the dollars!! Great snorkling and diving! Go see for yourself!!!

Internet station in hotel. Lots of pool activities. tennis on site. Evening entertainment. Restaurant good but better ones close by. A few cockroaches wander into the south rooms (near the woods) Try to get a room in the lobby wing.

Meet several people who had stayed there year after year. We also would return. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The food was good. The nightly shows were entertaining. The resort was close to everything. The time we spent there was enjoyable and relaxing.
