This was not even close to a three star hotel and we couldn't wait to leave. For starters, the door to the room stuck, so you had to lean on it to get it to open. When I turned back the bedspread the velour blanket underneath had crusted dirt and stains on BOTH beds, when I went to the phone to call the front desk for clean linens I noticed that the carpet around- not even under- the beds hadn't been vacuumed in such a long time that you could see dust and candywrappers! The bathroom doorknob was broken and they don't provide coffee cups for the in-room coffee maker. The shower curtain was filthy and the grout had mildew and rust buildup- it was beyond a stain- it was buildup. The toilet bowl also had stains. Both beds were well beyond their prime, and none of our party slept well. The room next to ours couldn't even get the door to the atrium to open and there was a room below us whose toilet wouldn't fill. If we hadn't gotten there so late at night we would have left. Hey- if your okay paying for a filthy room this is your place, otherwise I'd recommend looking elsewhere .

We were at this hotel for three nights in late December. It is easy to find, relatively convenient to attractions, and very reasonably priced. We liked our room, and the desk service was friendly. The continental breakfast was quite good, and included make-your-own waffles. The only gripe we had was the hot tub. The first two nights we were there, the tub was plenty hot, but the water seemed dirty. The last night it was barely warm, and by then the water was filthy. We chose not to go in. This was most disappointing, as the hot tub was one of the main things that attracted us to this hotel.

The hotel itself is not in great condition, but it didn't seem dirty. The continental breakfast and hot tubs were good. The pool was cold, but the kids didn't care much. The fitness equipment was in poor shape - most of it didn't work. Vending machines were also out of order throughout the hotel. Somehow the motel didn't get our reservation from Expedia, but luckily I had called to ask a question and found this out beforehand so I was able to get it taken care of by calling Expedia and having them FAX the reservation. The gentleman from Expedia even called the hotel and made sure that they got the FAX the second time.

This hotel was rated a three star hotel. I would only give it two star status. The fitness room equipment was in poor repair and the business center utilized Windows 98 OS and was not up to my expectations.

We reserved rooms way ahead and aked for non-smoking and were given a smelly room and hallway too. Our door "key card" didn't work. Door had to slamed to close. Bathroom exhaust fan not-working. Maid did not clean room one day or change bed linen the whole four days. Pool party for children was going on till 10pm. Beer was being consumed in whirlpool area. Asked for management and was told they were not available on weekends.

The hotel was rated 3 star and that makes it at par with HOliday INN, etc but the hotel was definitely far from a 3 star. The bed looked run-down, very low. The room was very suffocating and the overall setting and atmosphere was not comfortable. The price was even more expensive than a marriot-flight combo! I was very disappointed with this hotel.
