| the indoor pool and hot tub were highlights. we had an exterior room which was old and due to be updated. If you choose interior room the chlorine smell is strong but rooms much nicer. rain came in under our door and air conditioner clicked on and off all night, every 5 seconds. the hotel was clean and desk very accommodating. Toilet area uncomfortably small in our room.

| This is an older hotel but quite adequate for a families needs. My boys especially enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The location is great for the Grand Ole Opry and shopping mall. However, we were not impressed with the Applebee's on the premises. We would definately stay at this hotel again if we returned to the area.

| Very busy location due to a music festival. That was not the reason I was there, so that was a bit of a distraction. Good freeway access. Prompt service from staff. I booked a window room, but was not given one. It was billed as a downtown hotel, but it wasn't. For a business trip, my needs were met. For that reason I would stay here again. For a leisure trip, I probably wouldn't.

| The hotel staff was excellent. Check in and out was speedy and efficient. The room was basically clean except for the carpet, which needed to be cleaned. It was spotted and the room smelled musty when I arrived. It was well stocked and supplied with all necessities and all applianced worked fine. I would recommend this hotel to friends and co-workers.

| The employees at the Opryland Radison were very friendly and informative. They were very helpful with directions and tickets to area attractions. The shuttle to and from The Grand Old Opry, the General Jackson, and the mall was a nice way to travel back and forth without having to worry about parking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in visiting the area. I know when we go back this will be where we stay.

| After paying for an inside room thru Expedia, we arrived only on be located in an outside room. Since this hotel is located in a prime spot in Nashville, there was alot of loud activity day and night that could easily be heard from inside our room. However the inside of the hotel had a beautiful indoor pool, that the kids in our party throughly enjoyed. But from the moment you walk thru the doors of the lobby it smelled like a pool. So choose wisely!

| Parking is so bad in the evenings that I had to park off site. Bathroom is so small you have to enter and stand to the side to close the door. Room was directly outside the elevator door, with a hotel full of noisy students and drunks, or people getting ice from the machine 25 ft. away on the other side. Hotel front desk personnel were courteous but very unfriendly.

| After reading the previous reviews, I was a little apprehensive about staying, but, upon further review, I'm glad I did. Staff at this hotel was very helpful and friendly. They offered tour information and excellent shuttle service. The only things I didn't like were that the bathroom was little small and the TV's picture went out. I wasn't in the room long enough to watch TV so, it really wasn't an issue. I'm sure if I had complained, that, they would have taken care of me, nicely. I didnt get to see any interior room, but the exterior room was fine.

| Sometimes you get what you pay for. This hotel is inexpensive (compared to the bigger Opryland places) but not the greatest. Rooms must be entered from the outside, which is not the best security. They are dirty and lack maintenance. Meeting rooms are comfortable and catering staff has a good attitude.

| Nashville is our half way point driving from Dallas to DC. This is a great spot to stop after a long drive. We were able to relax in the indoor whirpool tub, take a dip in the indoor pool, have dinner at Applebees in the hotel, and then fall fast asleep on a Sleep Number bed. However, when reserving a room do ask for an interior room because the exterior rooms were not as nice and had a standard mattress. So if you are looking for a good night sleep, go interior.

| Definately NOT worth the money spent. I have stayed at hotels for a lot less and got more. Our room was on the outside overlooking the parking lot -- Make sure you ask for an inside room with a "sleep number" bed or you won't get one. There were cigarette burn holes in the blanket and bedspread. Not very clean. There was no television station or Showtime directory in the room so we had to flip channels all night. The only good thing was the indoor pool/spa and easy access to restaurants.

| Room not very clean; mismatched bedding; poor service from front desk. Many outlets in the room were not working - at all. Had to move furniture to get to a working outlet. Stayed in a smoking room, but there were NO ashtrays in the room upon our arrival. Called front desk to request ashtray, then had to call again 3 hours later when they never delivered from our first request. Very disappointing. I will absolutely not stay at this hotel again. Actually, I don't think I'll ever stay at another Radisson!

| I had requested a non-smoking room, got to the room and it was obviously a smoking room. The staff remedied the situation immediately- got me a non smoking room. However, this room was not on the inside- it was on the outside overlooking the dumpster for the Applebee's restaurant. And it was next to the metal doors that separate the interior and exterior rooms. Needless to say I didnt get a good night sleep. Call ahead and request an interior room- thats my advice.

| We enjoyed our 3 days except we were expecting a room overlooking a courtyard. Instead, we overlooked the back driveway. But over all, we had a great anniversary get-a-way. The shuttle service to shows and activities was a very nice feature. And when there was a mix-up in our tickets to an attraction, they helped us get it straightened out.
