| The room was wonderful and so quiet. The shuttle to the casino was great and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a great time and yes, we'd go back.

| Very Relaxing hotel, with a low key atmosphere. This is not a noisy hotel where you have disturbing action 24 hours a day.

| The water in our room was dirty. When we checked in to our room it looked like someone had used the bathroom and forgotten to flush. When I filled a white cup with tap water it was yellow. I ran the water for over 20 min. and it didn't clear up. We were afraid to eat at their facility so went into town to eat. The water in town was clear. I called the desk and was told there was nothing they could do because we had booked through Expedia. I will NEVER go back to this hotel.

| We had a very pleasant stay. Although the hotel was attached to the casino, I was surprised that you did not hear the noise. Our room was very clean. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. The entertainment in the lounge & football on the big screen were a plus.

| We were pleased with the Casino Magic in Bay St. Louis MS. We like the location between Biloxi and New Orleans. Visiting either city was a short drive. We stayed at the Inn across the parking lot from the Tower and Casino. The location away from the casino was nice and quiet. A shuttle ran constantly to the Casino from the Inn. The Casino is not as large as others in the area but it does have plenty of gaming. If you a looking for something away from Casino row in Biloxi this Casino and Resort provides a good bang for the buck.
