| The Colombina was a great place to stay in Venice. Centrally located, great staff and excellent view of the Bridge of Sighs. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat

| We were not sure what to expect being our first trip to Venice, and were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was small, charming, and warm. The room was decorated very well. There was a very nice buffet breakfast included in a beautifully decorated Renaissance style room with classical music playing. The only thing that was peculiar was the shower which seemed to let the water run toward the main part of the bathroom as if the floor was not slanted properly. It was not a problem, but we had to build a small "dam" with towels to prevent the water from flowing to the bedroom!
