| The hotel was undergoing renovation, thus the lower score for condition. When complete, the exterior should be very good. Our room was freshly redone with all new carpet, bathroom, and beds. Housekeeping service was excellent. The hotel is well located, close to shopping, downtown, and highway; it is, however, in a very busy retail area. Overall we were satisfied and the rate was very reasonable.

| The rooms are OK, unfortunately we were there during some kind of remodeling project. The pool/jacuzzi were out of service, and the water was turned off for a period of time. The inconvenience that I found to be the most annoying was that, coming back to the hotel after going out for dinner, there were no parking spaces available on our side of the hotel. So having to park on the other side, going to or from the vehicle was somewhat burdensome. Other then these, the stay was ok.

| Beds were old and lumpy. Carpet was torn and baseboards hadn't been vaccumed for a long time. The dividing wall between beds was badly damaged and the ice machine was broken. The 2 star hotels I've sayed at were 10 times nicer. I'll never stay there again.

| This is a very good hotel for travelers who are trying to stay within a budget for their vacation, but still want amenities such a spa, swimming pool, cable tv, and coffee makers in each room. The staff is knowledgeable about the town as well as the tourist areas in the vacinity. They were always happy to give directions or make suggestions about various destinations.

| We chose this hotel because it appeared to be at a distance from the railroad tracks (a decided plus in Flagstaff). It was as quiet as we could have hoped for and a very decent room. It has easy access to the highway going towards Phoenix and Sedona. We'll certainly use this hotel again.
