We stayed five nights here. The beds were very comfortable- you can adjust the hardness/softness. Everything was clean, and the staff could not have been nicer. We really liked the close proximity to the Disney parks. The pool was very warm- sometimes too warm.

The staff was very respectful and helpful at all times. The town car services that are at this hotel are very convenient and also inexpensive, and the drivers are very courteous. Our whole stay was great.

The hotel was maintained very nicely. Staff helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the shuttle service to the Disney parks. Not very convenient. Used taxis instead, which can get pretty pricey. However, our visit was very enjoyable and we would stay there again without hesitation.

Loved the location and the room. However got bumped the 1st night to a clearly inferior property. Also the porter delivered our bags to the wrong room and it took over an hour to locate them. Received food vouchers for breakfast because of the 1st night, but we had already prepaid for that, so it wasn't really compensation. Staff was friendly and the pool area very well maintained. Except for the first 18 hrs, everything was great.

This particular hotel room was clean upon arrival and maid service was good. Our family got a good deal from expedia, including the breakfast(good value for our money), which was excellent. The pool area was allright( the pool is pretty crowded in the evenings). The only complaint, which probably does not adhere to everybody, is the fact that the breakfast buffet served only butter and no margarine, for health consious people. The hotel is located pretty close to the theme parks and restaurants. Overall an enjoyable stay.

This hotel was perfect for our short stay in Orlando. The staff was always smiling, the amenities were fantastic and the shops and food prices were reasonable. (Actually cheaper than some of the local gift shops)

The phone system was having trouble. Our phone constantly blinked indicating a false 'message waiting' indicator. A wood facade under the air conditioning was broken and in need of repair. Electrical outlets were very loose and did not maintain a good connection. This was especially noticable when my wife tried to use her hair dryer.

I felt the price was good, the service could have been better, we had problems with the toilet running continually and clogging. We had to call for sevice twice in one week, the first time it took them forever to come, had to call again. The second time was ok. If sleep is your pryority then go somewhere else, the rooms are not sound prove, tends to be a lot of noise. The pool area and gym were nice. The people at the desk for tickets were also very nice and helpful.

The front desk staff were smiling and happy, which is becoming rare these days. We stayed just one night after seeing Cirque de Soleil. The Sleep Number beds were a nice touch and very comfortable. Room was clean and everything worked. Overall, this would be a nice alternative to Disney's sky-high prices.

This was our honeymoon trip. We made a special request on expedia for a possible upgrade or anything special the hotel could do for us. Upon check in we again told the front desk agent that it was our honeymoon. She was unconcerned and sent us to a room with 2 double beds. The hotel was less at less than 30% occupancy. There was no excuse for such awkward accomodations for such a special occasion.

The best part of the hotel was the super-friendly staff at the information/tickets office. They went overboard in helping us find a nice place to golf and made reservations/gave detailed instructions on how to get there. The room was clean and serviceable. Bath could have been better, but for the price, it was more than satisfactory. Overall, good hotel experience.
