| Nice location by the airport. Pool next door was very nice. We got a good rate through Expedia. Hotel next door had a breakfast buffet. Nice, but overpriced, but probably like most airport hotel restaurants.

| Neat hotel with clean rooms. As it was close to the highways, it would take us 20 minutes to get to downtown Toronto. Would recommend it to any traveller looking for an economical place but not sacrifice on quality or service.

| My son and I stayed at the Carlingview for 6 nights. If you are a early riser they offer coffee and muffins until 7am sharp. Our rooms were very clean and remained that way during our stay. The matress on the bed I slept on was in need of replacing, it was soft so if you have back problems you better tell staff you need firm matress. Plenty of restaurants, bars, steakhouses, and coffee shops are all in walking distance. Parking at the Carlingview is free, unlike surrounding Hotels. Early morning, and late afternoon traffic in Toronto is real busy so if you are going downtown leave yourself plenty of time to get were you are going.

| I took a chance on this non-chain budget hotel and found it very good value for money. A genuinely helpful staff, large, clean rooms, easy access to a spa and pool next door--all these made for a fine 2-day visit. I used this as a base for exploring Toronto but I think it would be even better for someone using the airport (which is so close one hears the planes overhead, but I was not bothered by that). They do a simple muffin and coffee breakfast service for early travellers (3 AM until 7 AM, though I wish they would extend that and have items available until 10 AM).
