The check in and check out process was slow and the parking (or lack there-of) for registering is set up poorly. We had to wait forever for other cars to move and ended up making a U-turn in the ramp to leave. The hotel was very nice and clean. Great value. Just park in the parking ramp and check-in.

Location of hotel is not in a desirable location. I feel that lack of safety was a definite issue. Arrival area is dark, and parking is underground with no visible security and no valet parking.

The hotel was not sheik as of November 2005. The fake plants, outdated decor and ladder stashed in the corner of the lobby leave those craving attention to detail, still searching. However, the room was fine. It does have wireless internet, though on the 14th floor, the signal was very weak. The best thing about this hotel was the sleep number bed. The bed is extremely comfortable. On each side of the bed you can set your own firmness. There is a comforter and half a dozen pillows. Also, never heard a sound from other rooms or the hallway. Slept like a baby. The cafe off of the 2nd floor is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is only around $10.

This hotel was a disappointment. The rooms were dirty and shabby, frayed carpet, mold, etc. The only reason we decided to stay the night was because of the Sleep Number beds--always wanted to try one.

The hotel was more than comfortable and the staff more than helpful. I wish I had known town a little better, but the staff directed us to a terrific restaurant within walking distance.

The hotel was just ok. The pool area is very small and NOTHING is open in the immediate area during the weekends, no coffee places, eating etc.. for that reason probably would not go back.

The location of the hotel is ideal since it is connected to the Skyway. The rooms could use a little update, but the furniture was nice and the work desk was excellent. My biggest complaint is that my room did not have high speed internet access, so I was unable to check my email, etc. The lower floors only have dial up. The front desk staff was very kind and accomodating and provided a laptop for me to use at the front desk to check email.

This hotel was easy to find and the check-in parking was convenient as was the over-night parking. We were able to walk to our concert and felt safe in the well-lit area the hotel is in. The rooms were clean and roomy. We would stay at this hotel again.
