| can't complain at all. beds were just fine. room was clean. tv with cable and HBO, a frig, and a microwave in the room. the only thing that would have helped would have been a hair dryer in the bathroom that so many rooms have standard now days.

| It was a very nice location. Very close to downtown, shopping, restaurants..The walls and dressers were falling apart, but fridge and micro worked great. Our tv did not work, but in less than an hour we had a new one and were watching tv. I would definitely go back.

| My elderly Mother and myself were in Savannah for my daughter's college graduation. I'm hot-natured and my Mom is cold-natured. We ask for an extra pillow and blanket and the hotel was very accommodating. When we arrived the maid was just taking the comforters out of the dryer. I've heard not all hotels wash them frequently. I was very impressed.

| Very nice staff. They were competent and pleasant. We were disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. The floor needed better vacuuming and there were cobwebs in the corners of the window. Also a towel rack fell off during our four day visit and was never repaired despite our requests.

| overall the hotel was in great condition and the room was large, clean and comfortable.the hotel requires you to use a card to enter the building to get to your room. on two occasions one of the side doors would not close and lock completely unless i pulled on it hard and held it for a second. i enjoyed the hotel and the location was convienent to lots of eating places and downtown savannah.
