| I was not satisfied at all. The customer service was horrible and I had to wait 3 hours before I could check in which was at 3pm. I had to check out at 11am and I thought that it would be the same time as check-in. the A/C unit was falling apart and the deadbolt on the door was broken. we called to get these things fixed but all they told us was that the maitenance man that fixed those things was on vacation. So my husband and I felt really unsafe, and I will never go back.

| There were definitely good and bad points about this hotel. The two ladies who helped me out with my late night check in (especially when my reservation was not on their files) were very nice and helpful. And everything was very clean in the room itself. However, they could use a lot of work on the room. A paint job was definitely in order, and someone competent with patch jobs for the ceiling and walls would have been a good thing as well. And please, something on the walls would brighten it up considerably. However, the maid service was quick to respond to requests and my overall experience with the staff was very good. If they would just fix up the place a bit, it could be a very nice hotel.

| I liked the housekeeping service. My bed was made and my tub was cleaned everyday. There was this container on the countertop that I turned over on my first night, just to look inside. It had what looked like dried soda drops in it. I left it out as a test, so the housekeeper could clean it. The next day when I got back, I checked it, and all she had donw was turn it over and put it back. That's the one thing I didn't like.

| this is the bottom layer of hell. I've got to tell you, I've never been so scared in all my life staying there, but it was late and I didn't have a choice. I thought two stars would at least mean the ceiling wasn't falling in and that there wouldn't be used soap in the bathroom, no hot water, and filth everywhere, but I was wrong. Sleep in your car before staying here.

| I chose this hotel becaouse it was close to Fort Jackson, and the cost wasn't too bad. throughout the whole trip we kept having to exchange room keys because the door wouldn't open. We were locked out of our room one night for 2.5 hours. I wouldn't go back!!!!!!!!!

| it was located in an area of town, where i didn't feel safe even walking through the parking lot at night. i chose to stay there because it was so cheap. but, once i arrived in the city i found many other hotels that were maybe $10.oo more for a much safer more comfortable, inviting area.

| Well kept grounds and appearance from the street. The rooms need painting and better lighting. Could use more towels in the room. Rooms have a microwave and dorm fridge, NICE touch. Overall, it's a decent low priced hotel with nothing extra.

| This hotel is fairly quiet and clean. If you need adequate accommodations that are clean, cheap, and close to downtown - the Master's Inn will do just fine.

| This hotel is very noisy and a bit frightening to women traveling alone! I got very little sleep due to the doors slamming and people talking outside the rooms. There are no hair dryers or irons in the rooms. The tub faucet ran constantly and the surround was covered with rust. The door did not seem at all secure...I pushed a chair up against it hoping to at least slow down a would be intruder. Messages are received by calling the front desk and having them read to you.

| The description provided was something like "value for budget conscious people". This hotel fit that description. Not as clean as I would have expected, and I did not rent a car and this hotel was not within walking distance of anything. However they were gracious enough to allow me an extra 30 minutes on check-out, very nice of them.
