| New hotel, clean room, nicely decorated. Bathroom rather small. Had room with two double beds, which are full sized, not queen. Beautifully maintained public areas. Nice courtyard with palms, cafe, open fire in the evening. Basketball & tennis court unfortunately backed onto our room. When we were there, there were a bunch of high school kids staying in the hotel who were attending a national sporting event at ASU, so the basketball court was very busy & noisy. Security came out at 9pm and cleared the court, for which we were very grateful.
