| Good hotel for Spring Breakers but not for families. Cleanliness and service was about par for a typical Spring Break hotel. Beds were horribly uncomfortable and the room service staff was totally incomptent. But overall compared to the other Spring break hotels in Acapulco, the Copacabana was a lot better. Has a nice pool and beach area as well.

| If you're going to stay here, make sure you ask for a room on a lower floor. I was unlucky enough to be on the 15th floor. For a hotel with over 300 rooms, it only has 3 elevators, which are unbelievably slow, and sometimes have a mind of their own. My room was clean and had a nice view, but there was no refrigerator which is a big down side in Acapulco. The buffett however was quite good, and the service, equally as good. The pool area is a bit small for the amount of people that frequent it. The crowd around the pool is usually a younger one. Music starts at noon with the Barry Manilow favorite, and continues with dance, pop, reggae, etc... The beach is very accessable, with all the water activies less than 50 ft away. At night the pool area is converted to an outside dining area which is very nice. If you're leaving the Copa, and need a taxi, walk to the street, the taxi's that wait in line outside the main entrance usually want 10 - 20 pesos more than they do at the street, and VW bugs are always the cheapest.

| I really likes this hotel, but the bad thing is that it does not have a big enough pool area, the beach is wonderful and Customer Attention is exceptional. If I ever go back to Acapulco I will stay in this hotel Again.

| This hotel was not too fancy but the service was real good and it was definately adequate. The pool was fun but the rooms don't have refigerators or microwaves. Good location, not too far from anything.
