| This hotel was well maintained. Our room was very clean.The staff was very pleasant. The only issue I had was that the bed was a little firm for my liking. Other than that our stay was great and we will always use this property when visiting Williamsburg.

| We stayed for for 6 nights so we got a good sampling of the hotel. Very pleasant and helpfull staff although desk staff needs to be a bit more knowledgeable about local resturants! had a couple of problems which the staff remedied quickly and plesantly!

| This was a very plesant hotel for our family. It was close to the main strip for convienience. Very quiet and comfrotable. The pool was great! Will definately be a guest again. Great for a family stay. The staff was very friendly.

| My wife and I decided to spend a few days at Colonial Williamsburg. We were disappointed in the hotel. There were cob webs in the room. the showers were way to small, and had no plastic liners. Worst of all the mattresses were extremely worn out. Neither of us got a truly restful nights sleep.

| We got exactly what we paid for. The rate corresponded with the level of comfort and services. The hotel is conveniently located near I64 and around the corner from very good outlet shopping opportunities.

| The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly especially since this was our first time there and really didn't know our way around. Good continental breakfast.
