| Absolutely the WORST experience we've ever had! Front desk personnel were generally rude. It might have been decent 20 years ago but it should be torn down and replaced now! Don't waste your money!

| Needs a lot of maintenance. Advertised as 2 queen beds and I requested 2 queen beds. There was a bunk bed with a full size and a twin and a queen size bed, none of which were very comfortable. Pillow shams and comforter on the bed need to be laundered. Limited parking. Need more usable pool chairs.

| The Hotel was well maintained considering the age, staff was friendly. The show is not worth the money, the food was below par. The general atmosphere around pool is fun dispite the kids running wild.

| Realizing there are repairs ongoing because of recent hurricane season, we will not hesitate to make a return visit. The staff was very helpful and the beach access was wonderful. We really enjoyed the music by the pool every afternoon. We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation.Thank you.

| We were there in January and it was very quiet. Clean rooms. Good location. Front desk staff seemed to be bothered when you approached, but other staff was very friendly. My only concern is that they had no record of my Expedia booking when we got there. Luckily, I had my copy of the Expedia confirmation, otherwise we would have been turned away or double charged.

| The unit was the worst I have ever seen. Things were rusted including furniture, appliances and door hinges. Carpet floor was wet, paint was peeling off ceiling. This was true in at least two other units we were shown.

| If you want to see something different, then stay in this hotel. A very nice hawaian decoration, walk from your room to the beach, good outdoor pool (I don't recommend the indoor pool, too hot and bleach odor) and nice tiki bar (no open all the time), good yard and close to restaurants, shops, etc.But... the hotel need a lot of improvements, it has very low maintenance, rooms are dirty, with many spider webs (everything is old), you can't sit in the balcony, beds are so soft, rooms are big (it's good), if you are a non-smoking person, then I recommend to ask for a non-smoking room, I didn't do it and the room odor was nasty. Do not arrive early, you will have to wait until 3PM to go to your room, even if the room is available (it happen to me), people there are no so friendly!Well, I guess it's enough, enjoy the ocean!

| This hotel was not at all like the information on the internet said it was. The rooms are not at all like the rooms pictured. The beds are not at all comfortable, the pools are not clean or kept up. Each room is said to have a kitchen well they again are not like what is pictured on the internet. Very dissatisfied with my stay at the hawiiann inn. Apparently the hotel is owned by more than one person and it is up to each individual owner to keep up their rooms, also the rooms are rented out and there are people who live in the rooms.

| Hawaiian Inn is nice place but has seen better days. Most of the carpets are stained. Foul smelling elevators. Only one ice machine works. The room was very comfortable and clean. Other than the pidgeon droppings on the balcony. Toilet seat was old and stained. The service was only fair. The front desk would leave you standing there and would instead answer the phone and deal with that customer. The cafe had great food but as we left we saw a cock roach walking on the table next to ours. I can not reccommend this hotel.

| The hotel is in need of major renovations. Our room's glass sliding door had no lock on it, it was held closed by a can-opener. I also believe that they bumped me out of my two night's reservations; the second night was canceled, fortunately I had family living in the city.
