The hotel was very nice, excellent location... The only thing is that the breakfast was not complete at all. It was only a continental breakfast, The food was very good and fresh but you get kind of tired eating the same thing every day. The good thing about it is that it is included.... It is a nice place to stay, so I recommended.

If you are planning on spending time at Universal Studio's this hotel is hands down the best value in the area. The rooms are small, but very clean and cozy. Its location is great, just minutes from everything Orlando has to offer.

Step in shower, breakfast (be there when they start serving for the hard boiled eggs and fruit), always a nice stay. If your partner wakes up to read, the lights ove each bed are in ceiling so it lights up the whole room - bring a small reading lamp.

this is a solid value for the money -- decent room, with decent accessories, usable pool, good variety in the free breakfast. but if you think you can just walk over to universal if you've got little kids in tow, think again, particularly in the warmer weather. it's at least a solid mile to the universal studios gates. and the hotel shuttle only had one run the morning i stayed there. miss that, and you either need to get a taxi, or drive over, which is what i wound up doing. other than that, a decent place to stay.

We switched to this hotel from another hotel on our second day in Orlando. Great location for visiting Universal Studios. The hotel was clean and professional. The staff was courteous and the rooms were great. We would definitely stay here again.

We have traveled to universal studios 5 times... one time we tried another hotel (on the same street) and had a horrible experience. We continue to travel back to Sleep Inn... great value, friendly customer service and good breakfast selection.

The room was extremely clean , Definite signs of detail spent on cleanliness. We stayed in a Smoking room and the room itself did not have a strong smell of Cigarettes. The Hallway to the rooms was a little Musty. Very friendly and courtius staff, A + on the stay

I booked a 2-night stay at this hotel in 5/02. I read all the reviews prior to booking for fear of renting a room that would ruin my little weekend getaway. Upon arriving, I was very impressed with the hotel. The location is great... about a 3 min drive to Universal. The lobby and breakfast area is nicely decorated and very clean. The pool was small considering the number of hotel rooms. We had a non-smoking, two double beds room. The room was small, but clean and well decorated. The beds were small and a bit firm. The bathroom was compact, but nice and clean. My only complaint about this hotel is that it has PAPER THIN WALLS! Despite the ear plugs, I was awaken several times by banging doors and hallway conversation from late night partiers and early morning risers. It was a true disappointment. After a restless night, I called it quits on my weekeng getaway and checked out early. The manager did not ask any questions and approved my credit card refund.

I would definetely recommend travelers to stay here. The room was an average size and very clean. Perfect for three people. We spent most of the time at the theme park anyways. The only thing that we didn't like was the bathroom door. It was a sliding closet door that didn't latch very well. Overall it was a good find and we will definetely stay here again when we come back to universal studios.
