Chicago is a great town but it is difficult to get around in. The Hotel did not help with any accurate directions.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Free shuttle to and from O"Hare Airport. Within walking distance to the train into town. Within walking distance to the Rosemont Theater where we saw a concert. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Chicago.

Spent three nights with business meetings in the conference space. Room was clean and adequate, nothing outstanding. Conference staff was attentive and participants liked the lunch that was served. Walked out of restaurant when could not get attention of a waiter.

Very nice hotel. We loved the restaurant, Ventanas, it was great. What a wonderful view. A little pricey, but worth the view.

This may be a good hotel if you just want a good room near OHare. They charge extra ($10 per hour) for their fitness room. No hot tub, just a swimming pool. Good food is a cab ride away; nothing within walking distance, so you're stuck eating at their pricey restaurants with slow service or messing with driving to find something (they'd prefer you go 40 min to downtown Chicago, of course). My son and I paid $25 for a simple breakfast, just to give you an idea.
