| As we were not all family members, the sleeping arrangements I booked were imperative. Upon arrival, I was given a different room. When I questioned this at the front desk, I was treated very rudely by, presumably, the manager. I tried to explain our situation, but he interrupted repeatedly putting his hand up to silence me. He did make it right but not before insulting me and throwing the key cards on the counter without a word. Worst case of customer service I have ever encountered as an older adult. Too bad because overall I liked the hotel.

| We chose this hotel because it offered a suite. It would have been bettter if the bedroom had a separate entrance. The biggest problem was the skylight that leaked light and made it hard to sleep because the room wasn't dark. The general condition of the hotel was that it had seen better days. The breakfast buffet was not very good. Not a good value for the money spent.

| We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is colorful, near the beach, and the rooms are nice. The carpet in the lobby/eating area could use a good shampoo. The breakfast was really great. They had an excellent variety of foods. They complied with my request for extra towels, although we had to go down to the reception area to get them. They are skimply on towels in the room. I liked the quick checkout.
