Arrived after 11:00p.m which made this a good place to stay. Free shuttle from airport. Room had bad odor possibly from recent carpet cleaning which made for a bad 1st nite. 2nd nite better. Nice breakfast. Worked for what we needed at the time.

We were traveling with a dog and it is one of the few hotels that would accommodate us. Would have preferred to stay in town, but price was good and the staff was most helpful regarding the transit and nearby restuarants. Was great having breakfast as part of the package.

The reason this was a good value is because the Comfort Inn and Suites has long term parking available for those flying out of Logan. It was 20$ a week cheaper than the airport parking lots.

The bed was located right next to the AC unit which seemed very loud (they should have placed the couch on the window side). We checked in around 11pm and had a 6am flight so with a 4am wake up call, we did not sleep much. Staff was great, airport shuttle service was great. The grounds and hotel look fairly new and well kept.

We needed a hotel near the airport to finish our Boston stay because of a 6 a.m. flight. This Comfort Inn was near the airport and had a 24 hour shuttle. It delivered exactly what was promised, but with no frills. Watch out for the madcap shuttle driver though! There were two -- one older gentleman, and one young guy who believed that the key to a shuttle is how fast it got there and hang the danger.

Took about two hours for the room to cool off sufficiently. Bedspread had holes in it, looked similar to a cigarette burn. Blanket was dirty, and had something smeared on it. No balconies or areas to go out side of your room. It's basically a box, and an uncomfortable one at that. If you can, go up the road to Salem and stay. If you have to stay in Boston, spring for a more expensive hotel.

The location is not very attractive. Walking from subway station though revere after 10pm I did not feel very comfortable. No windows to open and no ventilation system outside the bathroom. The hotel claims to be environmentally friendly and innovative but I can only conclude that this is a marketing thing. They change your towels every day even if you hang the paper inform you you of their towel changing policy on the towel itself.

We used the hotel only overnight, for easy access to the airport and it was excellent, via the hotel shuttle. Also appreciated the breakfast at 5:00am. Getting into the city, without a car, requires a taxi (expensive) or the train, a brisk 10 minute walk from the hotel (cheap $1.25 each way) Modest rates also a positive factor. Certainly recomendable

I stayed at this hotel with my best friend for one night before heading to Martha's Vineyard for a few days. I had never been to Boston and my friend had been there before but it had been awhile. The front desk staff was so helpful and told us exactly where to go and saved us a ton of money on taxi's by telling us the best routes on the T. The hotel shuttle was speedy and we never had to wait more than a few minutes. The room was very comfortable and clean and the Mexican restaurant was also very good. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are okay with using the public transportation system to get into Boston. The price was also right. I would definitely return to this hotel!

The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the airport & 15 mintues from downtown Boston. The rooms were clean & spacious. The hotel provided a small morning breakfast assortment from 6:00 am to 9:30 am. It would have been much nicer if the breakfast was available until 11:00 am for late sleepers. The Mexican restaurant/bar at the hotel had a nice assortment of meals & drinks.

I stayed in this hotel because a needed one for a one night stay in Boston. Its main attractive is the airport's free shuttle. Employees are attentive and the room was comforable. Far from the city and poorly decorated it is not a hotel to consider if you are planning on visiting Boston on a leisure trip. There are other hotels closer to the city with reasonable fares as well.

Our room was clean, spacious & comfortable. We were only there for one night. We needed to stay close to Logan Airport as we had a very early flight. The shuttle offered by the hotel was great. It was prompt & the driver courteous. The hotel even started their Continental Breakfast at 4:45am to accomodate us & several others that had to leave for the airport by 5 am. We left our vehicle at the hotel & paid a very resonable fee. It helped us be less stressed the morning of our departure. We were impressed with how easily we were able to catch the shuttle upon return to pick up our vehicle to head home.

We booked this location because we were taking our 15 year old daughter and a friend of hers on spring break and wanted a location close to the airport in Boston. It said "suites" and implied there would be a wall of some sort to give my husband and I privacy from the girls. When we saw the room there was no wall at all and we did not feel it was appropriate for the girls to have to look at us in the bed next to them (Plus my husband snores!). We were able to book another room down the hall (and at added expense of course). The rooms were very large and clean, just not what we wanted. The shuttle to the airport was great, no lines or problems as others have written. They also offered us a park and fly rate when we got the extra room, that saved us $ on parking at the airport. The breakfast was good (and free). lots of airline pilots staying there.

This is not a luxury hotel, and does not exactly deserve a 5 star rating, but for it's purpose, this hotel was perfect. We stayed, parked the car, and was transported to and from the airport for less money than any other hotel in the area. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel. Just a few minute ride to Logan. I'd go back if it remains one of the most affordable otherwise my preference is to just go cheap, and save the money for the main destination.

We chose this hotel because it was close to Boston but not as pricy as a downtown hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful -- we felt welcomed and appreciated the whole time. When we asked that extra pillows be delivered to our room, it was done promptly and with a smile. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. Since we were in Boston for vacation, we did not take as much advantage of the exercise room or pool as we would have otherwise, but I did enjoy my workouts and swimming and everything was in good working order

This was a nice hotel with shuttles to/from Boston Logan Airport every 30 minutes. Also within walking distance of the Blue Line subway. My only complaint is the seeming lack of in-room high-speed Internet access. Although listed among the amenities, and advertised in the room, I couldn't find it. No wireless, no jack to plug in to. I wasn't there long enough to bother asking about it though.

Boston has a great transit system (The "T"), but it's a little hard to get to from this hotel. If you're renting a car, it should be no problem, but taxis get expensive. The walk to the nearest T entrance was about 15-20 minutes. And I had to wait for 2 1/2 hrs and call the hotel 3 times to get picked up by the free shuttle. I was travelling alone, though, and this was an overall small inconvenience. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, and the amenities were good considering the price. This is also an eco-friendly hotel, which I thought was a good gesture. In all, this hotel is great if you just want a good, inexpensive place to sleep.

The hotel is older but well maintained. Nice big rooms, to a good price. This is due to the fact that the hotel lays a bit off the beaten path. No immediate communication with dowtown Boston save the shuttlebus to Logan airport. Best bet is a walk to the nearby subway, 10min. Brings you dowtown in antoher 10min for $1.50. Compared to a $27 taxi fare!
