| The hotel had the reservation correct, and they were efficient and courteous. The room was clean, even had a microwave and small refrigerator, which I didn't expect for the price, but came in handy. There were two Canadian geese that took up residence outside, loved seeing them, too. The bowl of apples in the lobby was great- we grabbed one on the way out. Only downside was the bed - way too hard for me, but hubby was ok with it.

| There are at least 10 hotels in the immediate area and believe me I have tryed them all. I have visited Detroit every 3 weeks for the past 4 years and I stay at the La Quinta every time , It is very clean, the staff friendly, helpful and very curtious and the surrounding property is safe. I would not stay anywhere else!!!!!!
