| This is a no-frills hotel. Room was dark, but comfortable. Bathroom is small. It's close to the airport so it'll only take about 5 minutes to get there. If you have a rental car and need to tank up, there's a gas station on the other side of the freeway. Wireless access was nice to have.

| Hotel is a good deal, hotel room is clean; free shuttle to the airport; "continental" breakfast is donuts and coffee or orange juice; one of the attendants we dealt with was unfriendly and tried his hardest to be unhelpful

| No frills, nothing exactly fresh, but relatively clean and a good value for a sleepover in KC near the airport.

| This hotel is excellent if what you want is a place near the airport and won't be leaving your room. Here are reasons to avoid this place: 1) The lights in the rooms are so dim that you can BARELY read by them. This coupled with the plainness of the rooms makes the interior appearance extremely depressing. 3) The toilet tends to make noise for a few minutes after you flush it. 4) The heating fan in the bathroom doesn't work. 5) There's nowhere to grab a bite to eat nearby. All they provide is coffee and orange juice in the morning...along with a few slices of bread and some donuts. The donuts are left out all day. One Chinese restaurant will deliver though, although their food's marginally good (the General Tso's chicken's decent). 6) The nearest bus stop is about 5 miles away and you probably can't get there by walking because it's across the interstate. By the way, the public transportation in KC is atrocious...worst of any season I've seen (hardly anything available). 7) A cab ride from the hotel to Union Station and where there's stuff to do will cost you a good $30 easily. 8) About an hour from Kauffman Stadium...so if you want to see a game, better have a car....and time to get to and from there.

| I should have known when I pulled in,it's not going to get better. The parking lot and walkways were full of snow and ice. A patron leaving the Hotel slipped twice,on the walkwayand then in the parking lot. I had to ask the clerk to have someone salt the walkway. The "continental breakfast" didn't exist...just coffee. Rodent traps were out in the hallway.I didn't stay out my whole reservation I checked out a day early. Needless to say I coudn't believe this was on your list.

| You get what you pay for and we wanted inexpensive. The rooms are showing wear and tear. The hotel airport parking was less expensive than the airport and the shuttle was very prompt taking us to the airport and picking us up when we returned. For our family, this service was the best thing the hotel had to offer.Be sure and request non smoking if needed.
