I picked the hotel becuase of its location within the city (you can walk to most everything)and the fact they had ample lobby space to meet with clients without having to book a conference room. Having a Starbucks and a Ruth Chris Steakhouse on the ground level was very convenient! My room (corner suite) was beautiful!

I booked a luxery corner suite for my wife, son and I while we visited Seattle this summer. The hotel over all was very nice and the staff polite/helpful. However, the "suite" was failry small and once the roll away was put in for my son, it was pretty tight. Also, no way to close off the master from the rest of the room. I guess they never anticipated that more than two people would stay in the room even though it was billed as being capable of handling 4

I originally booked this hotel with my flight to Seattle. I thought for a minute i was in the wrong place, this hotel was far to nice for the price I got. Every person was super helpful, and went out of their way to accomodate my every need. The hotel was in excellent shape, extremely clean and well cared for. If you love to shop it is located right in the heart of the shopping district. I was in town for the Seahawks game, and is an easy walk to any destination in the city.

High class all the way. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is great. Everything we asked for we got in less than five minutes. The rooms were very well kept and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Great shopping and nice restaurants all within walking distance.

The Grand Hyatt Seattle is just a great location, along with being moderned and extremely professional. They can cater to either business or leisure on an equal basis. We stayed (3) three days with Hyatt prior to boarding ship and would recommend their facility to all that venture to beautiful Seattle.

This was my first stay and I absolutely enjoyed it! The room was comfy and clean, and I liked how the bathroom had a separate shower and a soak bath. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accomdating. The location was central to shopping, Pikes Market, and everything else, so you don't necessarily need a rental car.

This was my 2nd stay at the Grand Hyatt Seattle, we loved it so much the first time we stayed that we had to stay again. The staff is extremely courteous, and makes each and every guest feel important. Rooms are contemporary and clean, marble bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower is the best part! Comfortable pillow-top beds and down bedding.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff made the stay completely enjoyable. The follow-through with special requests, upgrades, etc. was impressive. When the desk staff learned it was our first trip to Seattle, they went out of their way to give us the best view room, tips on where to dine and shop, etc. We have never had a bad Hyatt experience, so have high expectations. This hotel and staff surpassed them easily.

The hotel has a great downtown location with easy access to restaurants and shopping. My business-King room is located on 23rd floor and comes with a complimentary breakfast. The contemporarily-designed room is good size and is well appointed with modern furnishes and needed business tools (good-size desk, lighting, phone/data). For bonus, the room has an exceptional bathroom with a separate soaking tub. For my second stay, the staffs provided special attentions and a room with waterfront and Olympic Mountain views. Although the guestrooms lack the wireless internet access and the fitness center does not have a pool, I would certainly choose to stay at Grand Hyatt Seattle again.

This is a great hotel although it is a little overpriced. Wonderful location in the heart of downtown Seattle. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have their own parking garage, so you have to pay a ridiculous amount of $23.00 a night att he garage enxt door.

The Grand Hyatt is centrally located in downtown Seattle. Close to nightlife and downtown shopping. Just a block away from the monorail to the Space Needle. Great room, spacious, clean, large bathroom and some rooms with great view.

If you're choosing between luxury hotels in downtown Seattle, look no further than the Grand Hyatt! Other hotels like the Sheraton and the Westin are located away from the main thoroughfare and are markedly older buildings. The Grand Hyatt is beautiful, clean, and steps away from all major shopping and points of interest. What a great stay we had!
