I knew that this motel would not be the best since it only had two stars, but this was beyond disgusting. I wouldn't even give this hotel a half of a star. There were blood stains on the sheets. The carpet was so dirty, I didn't even want to touch it with my bare feet. There were long black hairs all over the bathroom and the "clean" towels. The light switches in the bathroom were burned so you could barely turn the lights on. The lamps in the room didn't work. There was no clock. The shower head barely gave out any water and then the tub filled up and wouldn't drain. You only got a tiny little packet of shampoo and a small bar of soap. The entire room was din't look or feel clean at all. I would never go back nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

OK, so we check into the hotel and we're told that they ran out of keys! Huh!? Isn't a hotel in the business of providing keys and rooms? So, the security guard has to let us into the room. The comforter is ripped and has holes in it. The toilet is crooked and the TV has barely any reception. The next day we get keys, but when we come back, the guard gives us a line about some red parking slip that we need (which we didn't hear about until that moment) Overall, a waste of money.

We booked the hotel due to the closeness to Magic Mountain. It wasn't as close as we thought. It was way over priced for what you get. Our room was old (seventies style), no fridge, no tea / coffee, no remote control, and volume button broken on TV. We advised front desk of this upon check out and received a "yeah, we know about that".

Its location is very good for an easy access to highway 405 and 5. But the room is too small and not clean. Restroom has some maintenance problem. Towels were not clean. It was too noisy to go to sleep. If I have a chance to travel that area, I will never use this hotel again.

To begin with, they had a sign saying "any suspicious activity will be reported to LAPD", so you get the idea of what kind of service you can get there. It was very unpolite, not to say rude. There are no remote controls for the tv, you need to pay a deposit to make phone calls, they request id's as if they were the police, and the rooms are quite small. Not a good place to stay!!
