| If you are looking for a luxury place, it's not luxury at all. But if you are looking for inexpensive, still clean and cozy I do recommend this hotel. Staff is very friendly. Good service and again most importantly it's old but clean!

| This is a great, quaint hotel. It used to be apartments so each room has a kitchenette, which is nice. We were on the ground floor, which is the only thing I don't recommend - since it was a warm night, we had to have a window open and the city noises kept waking us up. But the staff get major props for letting my friends into the room to leave us a nice wedding night surprise!

| The Inn at Queen Anne is loctaed within walking distance of the waterfront, the space needle, the key arena and other tourist attractions. The hotel is very cute, almost like studio apartments. My room contained a small fridge, full stove and oven, and microwave, as well as dishes and cooking utensils. The hotel also provides coffee, tea, water, sodas, jucie and fruit all day long, and a continental breakfast in the morning; all free. Staff is friendly and knowledgable and the hotel has a van service that will drive you to the downtown area and pick you up to bring you back to the hotel, anytime between 9-5. There is a beautiful courtyard with tables and chairs and outdoor lighting, so you can sit and eat or drink and read in a private, garden setting. I would definitely stay here again!

| This hotel is not exactly in the downtown area but it is within walking distance of the Space Needle and surrounding amuisement park, shops, etc. Bus transportation seems to be good. Also, I was not aware that every room is a suite - complete with kitcheonette and a 24-hour market is across the street. I loved this hotel - but if you want a quiet stay, try to get a "coutside" room - peferrably on the 2nd floor.

| The Inn at Queen Ann is a very basic budget hotel - you get what you pay for. Rooms are small but clean with frig, microwave, stove and dishes. 3 grocery stores with deli departments within 2 blocks. Complmentary continental breakfast was great. Rooms and hallways tend to have an old smell to them so we purchased a room deodorizer. Can be noisy at night after a Sonics game and you may hear some road traffic.

| The hotel is in a great location. It is a couple minutes walk to the monorail to downtown, and the bus pickup is even closer. I could see the Space Needle and water from my third floor window. Hotel is a bit old but well kept. Two grocery stores and several good resturants close by. An excellent deal, desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

| The Inn at Queen Anne was an interesting place to stay. The rooms were clean, but the amenities lacked. It was a good value for the price though and the staff was awesome. In winter, be prepared to have difficulty managing the temperature in the room. It ranges from freezing to a sauna. The stairs are the only access to the 2nd and 3rd floors - so if you have heavy luggage or a lot of it - request a room on the 1st floor; your back will thank you for it. In the "deluxe" rooms, they have have free cable internet connections. If you forget a cable, the front desk will provide you with one. The inn is also right across the street from the Seattle Center - a short walk to the Space Needle, etc... Not the nicest neighborhood, but plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. If you are bringing a car - I recommend to park in the lot directly across the street. It's the same price as the hotel's parking and it's closer. The hotel's parking is limited and very difficult to get in and out of - plus it's down a creepy alley.

| The room was good size with closet and kitchenette. The only drawback is the very small bathroom. This is an old building so don't expect the "creature" comforts of todays chain hotels but it is a comfortable bed and a good base for seeing the city.

| Would not recommend this hotel for travelers. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom was tiny, the t.v. didn't work, there were wires running everywhere, the rooms were loud, and there wasn't any guest parking unless you paid to valet park at their other hotel. Although the hotel is right in the middle of the theater district, it wasn't the best part of town and was not advisable to walk alone outside after dark. It was, though, pretty convenient to most of Seattle's attractions like the Space Needle and the Public Market.

| We had a lousy experience. We hoped to find a 1929 vintage hotel. We got poor water pressure that alternated between scalding and cold, incompetent staff that didn't understand how the parking worked (3 blocks away under a supermarket after having to get up to move the car before 8am), we had to wait 18 hours for an iron which pushed us to the last minute to make a wedding, finding our room unlocked after maid service, etc... If you like a shabby room with old accoustic ceilings, moldy wood windows in the shower, a bathroom with no way to ventilate it and dingy furniture, then this is your place.

| Excellent location - within walking distance to SN and monorail. Busline just across the lobby. Despite the close proxamity to all major spots in Seattle via monrail, bus and of course the hotel shuttle - resonably priced! Would visit again and recommend it..

| I liked having a kitchen, although the fridge was a little loud... Rooms are a little small, but functional and have a large closet. Their parking lot is incovenient. It has time restrictions and is often full. I found some free, non restricted street parking a couple of blocks away, so that wasn't an issue... This hotel is certainly worth the price and I it's better than many 3 start hotels I've stayed at. Location is great being very close to the single track train that goes downtown (a 5 minute ride)

| The Inn at Queen Ann served as the hub for my activities while in Seattle for a four-day weekend. Personable and helpful staff made the stay more pleasant. The room has a kitchenette, small dining table, comfy reading chair, and most importantly, windows that open to allow fresh air. I'd stay here again given the chance.

| I was so pleased with this hotel and service provided. My room was terrific! Nice size and very clean. There are lots of restaurants, stores, etc. around the hotel. The only thing I would do differently is to get a room toward the courtyard to avoid noise from the road. I am a light sleeper.

| Having visited Seattle a few years back, I remembered the Inn at Queen Anne being a block or two away from the Seattle Center - making it my number one choice to pick this hotel. I was amazed to find such a homey room, equipped with a kitchen (stove/oven, dishes, sink, refrigerator, microwave), full size closet (w/hangers to hang our New Year's duds), and a dresser to put our clothes in. The housekeeping service was great, very friendly and always willing to come back. The front desk was very accommodating with arrangements for taxis and also had a limited car that would shuttle us to any place downtown. There was a wine reception on Wednesday and Saturday evening in the lobby, which was cute and quaint. The only place where the hotel fell short is that it is an aged building with a water heater that doesn't quite meet the mark. Taking a shower became a 5-min affair and on really cold nights, the room's temp went down as well. All in all, it was a great visit, and I would recommend this to anyone who wants a hotel with great location and a "home" feel!
