| If you don't mind the remodeling and the age of this motel it is a nice place to stay for the dollar spent. This is a quiet place with a great setting and a nice breakfast. Sincerely, Tom of Kingman, AZ

| The customer service from all the hotel's employees was very good. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I liked the amount of storage space available in the room. There was a desk, a table and comfortable chair, as well as a large closet and dresser. I appreciated that there was an ironing board and iron already available in the room and there was plenty of lighting and mirrors. There was also a coffee machine readily available with gourmet coffee and a small fridge. I think the hotel would be a satisfactory stay for a week long trip on business or pleasure. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were its only shortcomings. It wasn't filthy, but they should consider carpeting throughout the hallways and the rooms and maybe some paint. The outside of the hotel and the pool looked well kept, but the inside needed a little work.

| We were worried about the hotel from previous reviews but were very happy when we arrived. The staff was fantastic and curteous. It is undergoing a renovation and because of that it is not very pretty on the inside. Our door had a 2 inch gap from the door to the floor which made it easy to hear other guests. We didn't hear our neighbors though, just those in the hallway. Our room was very spacious and nice. We think it was a smoking room because the smell still resonated in the area. Overall, I would definately come back again. You can't beat the price and the service.

| Good location, right off of main highway. Some construction going on so downstairs was dusty. Elevator quit on us while we were there for one evening...a bit inconvenient. Overall, I would still stay there again because the price was good, free wireless internet access, and a decent free breakfast buffet.

| Right off of 17 north, a nice center point to the northern side of Phoenix. What stood out was the staff. Very informative, very attentive. I went for leisure and found this hotel helped in that endeavor. My destination was PIR raceway(about 17-20 miles away) but with some alternative directions (thanks to the staff) going down Cactus Street, I was able to venture around and find some nice places and some convenience points(like a Walgreens, CVS, liquor store, other restauraunts and food places, grocery stores and shopping centers. The hotel is in a remodeling stage, but all ammenities are available, including the pool and a hot morning breakfast with made to order waffles. Other than some unfinished internal painting, the look and feel was great. Room was very clean and the nuker and fridge came in handy. Don't buy ice cream, there is no freezer in the fridge. Within walking distance is a 7-11, Stackers(a sandwich shop recommended by the staff), the restauraunt in the hotel has a bar, and there is two other restauraunts across the street including a sports bar. Have fun!!

| This was a good, no frills travel hotel. The hotel was under construction while I was staying there, but you could hardly tell. There was no excessive noise, the corridors were clean, the rooms were clean, everything seemed to be in working order. The room I had was a bit outdated, but maybe that is still on the list to be remodeled...? The room was very clean, the beds comfortable. Free breakfast buffet was decent... nothing fancy. All in all a nice place to stay for a good price.

| If you're looking for something close... This would be a reasonable place to stay. If you're looking for a good hotel to stay at that will have good or better service and will make your stay in the area fun; look some place else. The staff was completely clueless as to the services in the area or even how to give you directions to well known places of interest. While we were staying there, they were more interesting in checking in others than helping you with modest requests. The amenities of the hotel itself were lacking dramatically. The water is so hot in the hotel, the shower is unable to provide adequate pressure to make it reasonable. The beds, typical low quality/cheap beds (i.e. uncomfortable).

| This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! We had poor, unfriendly service and the hotel itself was in a poor state. Asked for a blanket, said "come and get one" but there were none when I arrived to pick it up. Bathroom wall paper was coming down and so were the ceiling tiles (along with some broken tiles). Shower had a leak in the hose so we only got 1/2 pressure of water. Continental breakfast had to be eaten in the eating area or they would charge, including coffee! Stairway to rooms was scary, looked like you could get mugged in them! Disgustingly dirty - foul. I will definately pay more to stay in a better hotel next time!

| This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. For work I travel approximately 75% of the time to Asia, Europe, Canada, and all around the US. I have never in my life stayed at such a shoddy, poorly run hotel. Our sink was broken and leaked all over the floor. Our hair dryer was broken and instead of fixing it, they put a new hair dryer (still in the box) in our room for us to assemble and install ourselves. They didn't clean our room the first day and never replaced our towels, soap/shampoo, or glasses. This was an awful, awful experience.

| We stayed at this hotel over Thanksgiving 2005, and our experience was unsatisfactory, plain and simple. However, it's not clear that the hotel itself was to blame. The problem was severe noise from neighboring rooms extending into the wee small hours that made it all but impossible for us to sleep. This persisted despite the fact that the very helpful staff moved us after the first bad night, and appears to be a combination of a noisy clientele (not much the hotel can do about that) and thin walls that let all the noise through (which they really should address). Don't stay here unless you're more immune to room noise than we are. This said, it's actually reasonably comfortable in other regards, although the interior is beat-up and needs paint. Front desk staff were polite and as helpful as they could be, the room was kept clean, and the breakfast buffet (included) was quite good. These positives, unfortunately, do not suffice to make up for the great negative of the place being too noisy for sleep.
