The room held 6 people and was clean for a reasonable price. We wanted to spend our money on the activities not on the room. Very close to Disney Land. The bus ran to the front door. Taco Bell across the street. The hotel had breakfast for free. All the kids were happy and I had money spend on treasures. Not perfect but you get what you pay for.

We had 2 adults and 4 children in a double suite. There were 2 rooms with a door between them. (And a tv in each room.) The two oldest boys slept on the pull-out sofa, the 3-year old slept in the 2nd double bed and there was still room for a crib for the baby. It was not luxury, but it met our needs were met and we got a good night's sleep.

I travel extensively, and rate this hotel as one of the three worst ever. The toilet overflowed twice. Housing and maintenance staff helped us clean up, but didn't replace the towels used to mop up the overflow. This non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Management's response was to spray some deodrant. The TV remote did not have batteries. The wireless service is $10 a day and does not work. The carpet was stained and unpleasant to walk on. The air conditioning was noisy and ineffective. The breakfast attendant disappeared for more than 20 minutes, and the food ran out and was not replaced until the end of the serving period, and the manager then closed the door to the room.

We stayed for five nights and it was miserable. The first night the telephone didn't work, they fixed that. 2nd night we noticed 5 empty rooms on the bottom floor and ask if we could move from the 3rd floor because of our 2 toddlers, they told us NO! The room smelled like urine and was extremely hot and muggy we tried the AC and it smelled like it was burning down. When we tried to open the window it about fell in out laps. The bathroom fan sounded like an airplane taking off, the bathroom light went out, they wouldn't fix anything. The only answer we got from the front desk receptionist was "I don't know". This was the worst hotel experience ever. For my husband that doesn't get a chance to travel much, but doesn't complain about anything was very disappointed and wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

The motel just seemed dirty and a little seedy. The swimming pool was the size of a large hot tub with the deep end being a whopping 4 1/2 feet. We had to get our room keys remagnetized every single day we were there (6 days)...both keys. It seemed like every time we came back to the room, we couldn't get in and had to go to the front desk to get our keys fixed. If I hadn't paid for the entire trip in advance, I would have switched hotels part way through our stay.

I would not stay here ever again! -The toilet backed up, many times. -The shower was disgusting, not to mention the shower head height was set for a small person -The water pressure was non-existent -The a/c didn't work and the window in the bedroom didn't open to get any air circulation -Housekeeping kept taking the sheets off the sofa sleeper every day and would not leave new ones. I had to call to have them brought up every day. -The blankets had burn holes in them -If you were not back at the hotel for the day by noon, you had to park down the street. I could go on and on.

the hotel was priced reasonable so for the cost it was money well spent. the breakfast is ok but you have to get there early. the pool was really small and not heated but the kids didn't mind. the housekeeping was awesome. the front desk was helpful. i really liked the buses to disneyland. it was nice because you didn't have to move your car since there wasn't enough parking for everyone. we were told that there is additional parking in a neighboring hotel. the hotel met our needs that was a clean, affordable place to sleep.

I was skeptfcal after reading some of the reviews, but we found this hotel to be above our expectations. The room was clean, the staff friendly and there was no noise problems. The hotel is about 1 mile from Disneyland, but there is a shuttle that runs every 20 min for $3 per person 10 and above that is good for all day transportation to and from the park. It is no 5 star hotel but a good place to rest and recover after a long day at the park.

The plumbing is antiquated, and never worked well from the first day. The toilet overflowed and they had no staff able to help after 8 pm. We had to clean (they only had window cleaner available) and service it ourselves. We had to request "extras" like toilet paper and clean towels often during our 5 day stay. The "breakfast" is long gone before 9:00 am, so do not count on it. As an inexpensive hotel, we were not expecting top-notch accommodations. However, this place left much to be desired.

Looks like the hotel is used by local for having parties. The Friday night I stayed there, there were at least two rooms on my floor that were party places. There were many people in the corridors, talking and laughing. Maybe fine for someone, but I couldn't sleep because of the noise. The manager did do something about it after 15-30 minutes I reported it.

Ive stayed here twice now. The place both times where good the only thing I could complain about was the sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Overall the place isn't to bad. They have a nice light contential breakfast which sure beats spending 40 bucks at disneyland for four people. The tram is right next door. THe rooms both times where clean although the batrhooms are a bit small depending the size suite you get but I would definetly stay again espically if your going to spend the whole day ay disney and just need a place to rest. Would use it again !

The only problem encountered was by Expedia. They neglected to inform the hotel of my reservation, and when we arrived there was no room for us. The hotel clerk immediately contacted Expedia and got the problem resolved. The desk clerks were very helpful and polite. The hotel is fairly old and it shows some age, but the room was very clean and quiet and the beds were quite comfortable. All appliances worked fine. Large fridge and microwave.

The room that we booked on the internet was not what we thought we had. We thought we were booking a hotel suite, but the room was a room with 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Sleeper in the same room. We thought all rooms were suites, which to us meant two separate rooms. But the front desk was very accommodating by changing rooms for us and not charging. Would have probably been a problem if the hotel had been booked full.
