| Quiet location in a business and residential area next ot the I-270. The hotel overall was nice, with good amenities. hot and cold breakfast, pool/hot tub/ mini gym, 2 free evening drinks and daily usa today. our room needed new pillows( they were flat) and one of the lights needed a bulb. Otherwise it was clean and even had a recliner.

| Very clean room, friendly service and the complimentary breakfast bar was excellent. My only gripe is that we were locked out of our room because they thought we were only staying for two days instead of three. But it seemed to only be a misunderstanding.

| For the location, it was a good value. Needs a bit of maintenance, though. The bathroom sink was missing a drain stopper, but had someone's old toothpaste cap in it and the housekeeping staff neglected to replace empty tissue holder. Other than those minor things, it was a pleasant stay.

| Nice attractive room Pretty good beds--a headboard would be nice, though Good shower Good outside pool area and indoor hot tub, but was out of order part of the time I was there. Pretty good buffet breakfast, but don't come down late if you want a good selection.

| This hotel was very nice and QUIET except for the little children in the room next door the next morning but that can happen anywhere. The breakfast wasn't quite what I had read about but still very good. They have a bar with two free drinks per room per night and BBQ pits if you are so inclined. Nice place

| This had to be the worst motel we ever stayed in, place was hard to find, bathtub needed cauking, carpet needed restretched and cleaned, we got there and our room was freezing cold, staff was very rude, we paid extra for breakfast aand they were out of eggs, cereal, milk, juice, and the meat items were frozen, went and talked to the mgr and I told her I wanted my money back and she said she could only give a voucher for aor another night to stay there.

| The hotel itself was very nice. It was clean, quiet, and friendly. The free breakfast was simple, but hot and filling. The lobby was a nice place to actually hang out in the evenings. I had trouble finding it when I first got there. The roads don't seem to connect to each other! It's a little farther out of town than I thought, but it is convenient to the highway system. I would stay there again, especially for the price.

| Overall the hotel was pleasant to stay. I would recommend though to check the room. It was ok. We requested non-smoking, but it smelled of smoke. Breakfast was good.Pool and courtyards very clean . Hotel even gives complimentary drink between 5-8pm.

| Good location, large and clean rooms, great hot breakfast, free drinks at night, good price. What more could one ask for! We never spent time at this chain of hotels before, but we will in the future.

| This hotel could have easily been a really nice place. The front desk clerk was friendly. After we checked in I noticed that the lights in the bathroom and the vanity area did not work. Also the nob to turn the water on for the sink was broken off and laying next to it. Carpet and furniture was pretty worn. And for breakfast...most everything was gone by the time we arrived at 8:00am. Too bad, it seems like it should have been a much nicer hotel.

| This was a great hotel with outstanding service and amenitites. There was a mixup with our room and we landed in a smoking room. I called them as soon as we walked in. Although they were tightly booked, they had moved us within 5 minutes with profuse apologies. The breakfast was superb with some of the best bacon that I have had in a while. The bath was great with fluffy towels and Bath and Body Works soaps and shampoos.

| Due to a Math Conference being held in St. Louis during the time I visited (my son is at a nearby college), my hotel choices were extremely limited. I read the reviews on this hotel and decided to give it a chance. At first glance, it looked good. The lobby is nicely appointed, and other reviewers had remarked on the great buffet. The room however, was a huge dissapointment. I had a double, that perhaps was once a king. The carpet was not laying flat, and boardered on dangerous. There were no headboards, and no nightstand between the beds, just a lamp on the one in the corner, and a clock on the other. There was one picture above one of the beds, and what looked to be "temporary bedding". As for the buffet, it was hot, but definately not outstanding as I had read. Bottom line, I would have changed hotels, if I'd had the choice.

| Wireless service was spotty at best. Mentioned trouble connecting to the front desk staff...appeared quite disinterested. Location is good as St. Louis spread out...many nice shops/restaurants.

| The mattress was ripped apart, the air conditioner did not work, the "free" wireless internet did not work and they were not helpful--they gave us a cable, but our room did not have a outlet. Carpet is coming up from the floor. We have stayed in this hotel two other times and our stays have been fine, this time was not good and we will not go back.

| This hotel is a good value and has as much or more to offer than similar hotels in its class. The hotel is starting to age a little but overall is in good condition and clean. I appreciated having a proper breakfast included instead of the typical overly-sugared tidbits that pass for breakfast at most hotels. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

| We were very satisfied with our stay...The people were very friendly and nice. The room was very clean and the goodies like the shampoo where from Bath and Body Works!! Gotta love that! We have stayed in 3 star to 5 star hotels and for the level this one was we would definitely go back! The breakfast was very good as well and the computer for the internet that we used had a big flat screen that was very nice.

| Our stay at this hotel was excellent! The continental breakfast was the best We have ever had at ANY hotel we stayed at. Excellent location close to Shopping & MANY restaurants. Completely satisfied with hotel staff, however there were some minor cosmetic improvements needed to the facade of the hotel, and a phone book in the room would have been a big help. but other than that it was a GREAT hotel. Plan on us being back soon!

| Overall excellent service. Staff even helped us with their breakfast as the group I was with had to leave before scheduled beginning the Saturday breakfast. They put out cereal and pastries with milk, waffles, fruit and juice to accomodate our schedule.

| If you're looking for a clean, comfortable room and great amenities, this is the hotel for you. The rooms are clean and I was happily suprised that the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, etc. came from Bath and Body Works. The complimentary breakfast buffet was also very good. I like that they have a free shuttle that can take you within a five mile radius of the hotel, which is nice if you want to go to the Westport area for business or fun. There is also a shuttle for the casinos and airport transportation. I would definitely stay there again.

| Hotel was average. The room was very spacious and sofa was nice addition. Bathroom had plenty of room. Bed was marginally comfortable, walls were marked/scuffed and dirty and carpet was old and loose. I would probably stay somewhere else next time, but wouldn't rule it out. It was just Average for us.

| This is an inexpensive, comfortable place to stay on business, with a couple of "freebies" tossed into the mix. The breakfast buffet has both hot and cold items, not just a "continental" as many have. The evening reception is also nice. This hotel has some extras, including a therapy pool and a decent exercise room, which I was very happy with. It's also fairly easy to find from the airport, which was important as this was my first trip to St. Louis. Overall, I would recommend this to budget-conscious business travelers, and would definitely stay there again if I were in the area.

| We loved everything about this hotel -- the best we stayed in during our 12-day, cross-country trip. | Couldn't ask for a better room for the money. bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have been in. Nice amenities in the room. Entry doors from other rooms too loud (slam too hard). Could be irritating to light sleepers during the morning rush. I would definitely book again.
