| Hotel staff not concerned with lost items. Ran out of hot water 4 of 5 mornings. It is located close to the Disneyland tram.

| The hotel had no towels for the following morning. The shower was dirty and uncomfortably small. The condition of the hotel in general was not impressive.

| The room was very run down. The breakfast was day old donuts. Location was ok beacsue it was in walking distance to Mickey & Friends parking terrace, so we could taake the tram right to downtown Disney.

| The hotel is decent and close enough to the Disneyland shuttle that you can easily walk to it. Towels are small and low quality, but otherwise the hotel is clean and room were kept up well. Very accessible to I-5 freeway, too.

| Special Night; My girlfriend's 30th b-day. The noise form the parking lot (not the freeway) from other guests. I called the front desk twice to complain about noise. Nothing was done about it. Next, a car alarm right outside of the front desk was going off ALL night. Call to complain about it again nothing was done. In the morning went to inquire as to why nothing had been done about the noise and their responce was "we were not on shift." This hotel should be taken off the website. The 3.0 ranking is false. We were able to sleep from 2am to 4am. Not matter the savings it was not worth staying there.

| This hotel is perfect for those who want to be close to the convention center or disneyland. Staff was helpful and rooms were clean. Breakfast wasn't anything more than toast and doughnuts but my room had a refrigerator. Free internet access was nice but you can only access it in the lobby--even if you have wireless.

| We usually stay on Harbor Blvd when we travel to Disneyland (several time a year). This time we decided to try this motel because it looked to be closer. The parking is HORRIBLE. Access to this hotel is only available via the freeway and it is next to impossible to get back to it after you leave the park. It is a 5 minute walk, like they say, but that is only if you want to enter through the cast member entrance, where there is a no pedistrian sign, and walk through the parking structure. Meaning you still have to take the tram from the parking structure into the park. You can find hotels for the same price on Harbor Blvd. with quick access to the park. The parking is also very bad. They park you 2 or 3 cars deep and if there are cars backed up to your bumper in the morning you can't get out until they leave. The lot fills up fast and there is no other place to park.

| No frills, but I didn't really expect any. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Complimentary breakfast consisted of donuts, toast and juice, which was great for my family, but others might be disappointed. Room was clean and property was maintained, just old. This was a good value and I would stay here again.
