| I actually booked this hotel based on it's reviews. Didn't really know what to expect when I checked in, but I was definitely impressed when I got there. Security to the facility is excellent--guards outside will check each vehicle entering its facility, and people are check with a wand detector and ladies purses checked as well. I got the rate that included the breakfast buffet and I was pleased with the offerings they had. The butler service was great and I was reminded by my butler upon check-in to my room that he can get my shoes shined at no cost (well, you should at least tip.) Besides the facilities restaurants and cafes, there are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel and its staff and would highly recommend this place. Time will only tell whether they keep the same level of service, as well as other guests providing progress reports.

| Overall this was a fantastic romantic stay. There was a slight miscommunication regarding the 'free' buffet, but mostly fantastic service. Will probably make this a regular stop.

| Always stay there when in central Manila. Great hotel, great price, and love the location in the center of the Malate nightlife.
