| Our biggest grip was that the airport shuttle was so slow. Other hotel shuttles circles 3-4 times before ours showed up -- probably 30+ minutes. At 11:00 at night with children this was an eternity.

| Our stay at this motel had many problems minor and major. Our room was fairly clean however the bath room had hair on the floor and the shower stall appeared as though parts of it had not been cleaned. The rear door which led to the main parking area was a single person metal door that was broken and allowed anyone from the street to enter and an area that was not monitored and led directly to the rooms. An airport shuttle was advertised as 24 hrs a day. We needed a shuttle to the airport at 3:30 AM. The desk cleark was asleep, delaying the call to tshuttle driver and the shuttle driver was asleep and could not be arroused or found for nearly half an hour. This made the check in at the airport much more stressful due to our delayed arrival. 45-50 minutes was lost just waking people up that were on duty. The day crew was very helpful and effecient.

| We came in on a very late flight and had made reservations for a non-smoking room but because we had used Expedia and not Ramada directly, they did not guarantee a non-smoking room. It was too late to go somewhere else and we had pre-paid for the room so we stayed. The man at the desk was extremely curt and not helpful at all. The room was apparently on a total smoking floor. The room was clean but very warn and a room that had obviously been used by smokers. The bed was very hard and there weren't any extra pillows available. The shower was great but the knob to pull out to turn the water from bath to shower was broken off so you had to pry it out with your fingernails to get the shower to come on. It was not the worst hotel we have every stayed at but we are pretty easy to please and this one was not a hotel we plan to revisit.

She did not have a handicapped tag on her car and when she rushed out to her car for something, she appeared to be quite mobile.)

| Four times we requested, both in person and via phone, to have a new - working - iron in our room. Upon departure we still didn't have a working iron. My fiancee' was summarily ignored upon check out and once the desk person did come out of the office, she was rude. I have stayed at numerous "low budget" hotels in this area and this was by far the worst treatment I have recieved. I will not be back.

| Non-functioning toilet, non-functioning microwave, non-functioning coffee maker, disabled smoke detector, tv would not turn off without having to unplug it, missing light bulb in lamp, no alarm clock, no hangers, no telephone books... No apology. We paid for accommodation for three people and never once received three towels (only two). The manager seemed miffed that we were so troublesome to bring up these shortcomings, less concerned with serving her present customers (us) and more concerned with charging the previous customers for stealing the alarm clock. On a positive note, the hair dryer worked with no problems at all.

| No one answered my call from the courtesy phone for the airport shuttle (at 10pm, despite the fact that the shuttle is 24 hrs) and no one answered the phone when I called the direct hotel number from my cell phone. Luckily, the shuttle just showed up after about 20 minutes of waiting and calling. No reason was given as to why the phone wasn't answered. The next morning, the front desk person was extremely rude and unhelpful when asked for assistance to get downtown, and couldn't provide any information about the bus system. When I asked her to call a cab for me, she called a private company (driver with a Lincoln Town Car) that ended up costing much more than a cab would have. That said, the room was clean, the hotel was quiet, and if low cost is your primary objective in searching for a hotel then this hotel is just fine.

| This hotel was very close to being excellent. The staff was very friendly and willing to help out. The room was clean. And overall I was impressed. The only downfalls were when we checked in, right at 2:00, there was only one lady working at the front desk. She was friendly, helpful, but clearly overwhelmed. The phones were ringing off the hook, and there was 5-6 people waiting to check in. Not her fault, they just needed more people there. Second, one of the locks on our room window was broken, so the window didn't seal all the way. It alowed in slightly more sound than normal. I'm a hard sleeper though, and it didn't keep me up at all. Overall, I'd recomend this hotel to anyone.

| SeaTac Ramada is a cheap hotel. This hotel serves a purpose at a low cost, but - as is normal with hotels in this price range - it is poorly managed so don't expect comfort or service. On the positive side it was: - inexpensive, - functional, - clean, - convenient to the airport - has a 24/7 shuttle service running every 30 minutes. On the negative side: - check-in was slow - the only check-in person was simultaneously talking with 3 guests and 2 more people on the telephone - they couldn't find my reservation and I had to call Expedia myself on my own phone to have the reservation re-faxed - the luggage carts were all left overnight loaded with hotel supplies and I had to unload one myself to use it for luggage - Although I booked a 2 room suite with 4 person occupancy, the bedding for the second bed (pull-out sofa) was not in the room. We had to call for the bedding for it, wait 20 minutes for it to arrive and make it up ourselves. - The sofa bed was so uncomfortable my kids decided to sleep on the floor in preference to it - the non-smoking room had recently been smoked in - the couple in the room above had a yelling contest at 3AM

| Arrived and tried to check in at noon and was told to come back after 2:00 PM. Told them we had a business meeting and we may not be able to get back until late. They had no solution other than come back later. Other disgruntled guests were waiting the lobby with the same problem. Asked for a non- smoking room and received a "non-smoking" room on an all smoking floor. Did not know it until we returned late from our meetings and was told there were no other rooms. Then I was told I should have said something earlier.

Pool was great. Small enough for the kids. The room was okay but the pillows were very flat. The hotel is okay if you are only staying for a few days. Any longer then that I would not recommened this hotel.

| The hotel is about a 3 minute drive from the airport car rental garage at the terminal. Although within sight of the control tower and runway, there was no sound of jet activity at night. There is a restaurant on the premise although we didn't take advantage of it. I could not find stairs so had to take a slow elevator up just one floor several times daily. The interior heated pool was clean and comfortable and not being taken advantage of by many guests. Our room had an included refrigerator, microwave, and tv in both the bedroom and living room. Clean and comfortable for a low price.

The floors echo every footstep and the plumbing is so badly insulated that you think that someone is continuously running water in the bathroom or worse. Really, don't stay here unless you have no other choice. I was very disapointed and will never stay at a Ramada Inn again.
