| My husband, our 3 little kids, & I stayed at the Country Inn & Suites directly across from the Mall of America on 5/20/06. Check-in went smoothly and the desk staff was friendly. Our king suite had a king bed in a separate room and a pull-out couch in the main room, with a microwave and a mini-fridge. According to Expedia, our suite slept 5 people; 2 in the king bedroom, 2 on the pull-out couch, and 1 on a roll-away which could be requested; however I'm not quite sure where the roll-away would have been set up. Our 3 kids are little, though, so they all fit on the pull-out couch. The 2 swimming pools (depth 3 to 5 feet) and 2 hot tubs were a big hit with our family. We surmise that there are 2 of each so that the hotel can clean 1 at a time and therefore not have to close the swimming area. Blow-up beach balls, swim goggles, Tylenol, & aspirin are available in the lobby vending machine. The breakfast buffet included cold cereal, instant oatmeal, apples, donuts, toast, bagels, English muffins, microwave-able French toast, boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, tea, cocoa, milk, & orange juice. My only complaint was that when my kids and I stopped in to get a spoon for my son's medicine, one of the employees said that the kids couldn't be in there with wet swimsuits. Actually, the kids' swimsuits were completely dry, as was their hair; we had not yet been to the pool that morning. We were not taken to task over our bare feet, however, which we should have been!

| When we arrived at the airport, all it took was a telephone call to Country Inn & Suites and the shuttle arrived about 20 minutes later as promised. The shuttle service to the Mall of America was great. Our stay was enjoyable. My children loved the pools - even though one was closed. The restaraunts located next to the motel were convenient. I would definitely recommend this motel to others.

| We've been to many hotels in the past, so we were expecting some small issues to occur. This never happened. We've never been treated better by any hotel at all. Whatever we asked for, from additional pillows to gauze with tape (daughter scraping her knee in the pool) they had them for us quickly. One day, we decided to stay in the room until mid afternoon and the maid service was wonderful, asking when we would like them to return. If I had to find one little thing, one of the whirlpools was a little warm for us. The temperature never left 140 degrees. It was not a situation of getting used to the temp, we just couldn't get in it. On our last day, we went to the mall in the afternoon and the hotel had actually called the shuttle service to see if she could make a special trip for us so we didn't have to wait 45 minutes for the next shuttle. That was so wonderful and just about sums up our whole experience there. They were all very accommodating and great. The staff was very professional and friendly and really listened to us. Hands down, the best hotel experience we have ever gotten. This was a great thing as this was our first vacation ever with our daughter ( she's 11) so you can understand our delight.

| I thought that the staff could use some customer service skills, I was a bit disappointed that when breakfast is 10:30 that if you were even in the room eating they turn a key to CUT YOU OFF of drinks, close the toaster and put away. Unfortunately IF you arrive at 10:00 you get what you see, which really should mean "quantities limited" therefore they should re stock ALL items. It cost us 30.00 a day to to elsewhere.

With an attached pool and two attached food outlets, not to mention directly across the street form Mall of America, it was the perfect place to stay. We are returning in a few months, and will definitely try to stay here again.

| This hotel offers the best price/service tradeoff i have ever seen. From the minute we walked in the door to the moment we left, we felt welcomed and appreciated. They allowed us to check in early, the front desk called a cab when we needed it, gave us a free hearty breakfast, and got us to the airport in a comfortable shuttle. The entire experience was fantastic. We recommend Country Inn & Suites at Mall of America to anyone traveling to St. Paul.

| This hotel is close to the Mall of America and the airport, which were both bonuses for our family. The rooms were clean, and there is a continental buffet breakfast served each morning. The two pools are great for the kiddos to take a break, and adults can relax in the two spas adjacent to the pools. The only negative was that housekeeping would call us from across the hall even if our "Do Not Disturb sign" was posted, and then offer to change out towels and trash only. They did not return or offer to return to do a full cleaning of the room after we left the room for the morning.

| This motel is the "closest" to the mall. It is right across the street, you can just walk right over. It has a TGI Fridays and an IHOP that you can walk to without even leaving the building. The motel staff was exceptional. Very friendly and even printed up maps to local golf courses for us. I cannot say enough good about this motel and its staff. The only thing I was not "extremely" happy with was the air conditioner. It was a bit noisy, but, not enough to ruin your sleep.

| Stayed for 4 nights in this hotel with my daughter. The entire staff was wonderful, especially everyone at the desk! The shuttle from airport to hotel and to the Mall was great! Saved us some $ because we didn't have to rent a car. It is very true you can walk across the street and be at the Mall if you want instead of taking shuttle, I felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel and next time we go we will stay here agian! Very family oriented, and TGI Friday's and IHOPS attached was wonderful. Breakfast supplied by hotel was good also! No complaints from these travelers!

| The property is OLD and not well maintained, it is heavily used due to its proximity to the Mall of America. The bed was very uncomfortable and the furnishings in the room seemed to be heavily worn. The furnace/AC unit rattled because it was missing screws needed to attach it to the wall. Very dissapointing and over priced!
