| We were well satisfied with the room. We had an early flight so we were up early(5:30). Unfortunately the breakfast bar, which is included with room rate, was not open. I felt it would have been nice to have coffee and rolls or granola bars or something simple available for early risers. Upon our return we had to wait over 1 1/2 hours for the shuttle to pick us up.

| This hotel was very nice and the staff most helpful, however the pick up service from the airport was most unsatisfactory. We waited over an hour to be picked up and had to ring the hotel three times. There is no direct freeline from the airport and if you do not have a cell phone it is time consuming getting change and expensice if you have to ring more than once,

| This one was a surprise - clean, neat, friendly, welcoming and well appointed. This was my first time staying at a Country Inn, and I frankly did not know what to expect. This place exceeded expectations - on price, amenities and ambience.

| The standard room was large with two queen beds . The entire facility was very quiet despite the fact that the parking lot was full. The breakfast room served waffles, muffins, coffee , juice and cereal. Our children particularly our ravenous teenage son was very happy with the selection.

| We needed a place to stay after a late flight into O'Hare airport. They even kept a driver on late into the night so that they could provide us with a free shuttle from the airport. Extensive breakfast choices for a continental breakfast. We would definitely return.

| My wife and I stayedhere while doing some consulting in Mt. Prospect. The hotel was clean, the desk help friendly and it had free wireless internet access (although it is a slow wireless connection, it was fine for doing email). There is a small but clean pool, a fine little whirlpool and even though we had to stay in a smoking room, (it was all that was available) the room smelled very clean. My only complaint is the heater is directly under the window, and the draperies blew up and around all night from the vents. (We were on a ground floor room, or I would have just opened the drapes.Plenty of parking too.

| Stayed there because of an overnight delay at O'Hare. Hotel had Free shuttle service from and to the airport and the drivers are punctual and courteous. Rooms are clean and the serivce is really good. Also, the price is unbeatable for a hotel so close to O'Hare. Overall excellent value. Would recommend this to anyone staying near O'hare

| This was a great option for us. Because of the airport shuttle we were able to us the train and avoid driving in downtown Chicago. I really saved us on parking cost.

| Everything about the hotel met and/or exceeded expectations. However,it is difficult to re-join the tollway heading north from this location and nobody at the hotel could give us directions to the on ramp.

| We liked the Country Inn & Suites because you could actually park your car outside the hotel (for free) with just a short walk to your room, unlike the downtown hotels. The lobby was very inviting with the nice woodwork and fireplace. The room was clean and comfortable, however, we did not like the lighting in the bathroom. (Not a big deal since you don't spend too much time in there!) The pool area was nice, but somewhat small. It was perfect for the kids. There was a large hot tub, too. The pool room had a strong chlorine smell and could use some more ventilation.

| We stayed at this property over Christmas and were pleased with the overall experience. It's not a 5 star hotel, but, based on the price, everything was well worth it. The room was comfortable, they did a good job at keeping everything clean, the ameneties were very adequate, and the breakfast they provided was fine. The indoor pool area was also kept very clean and the hot-tub worked very well.An above average experience for an average price.

| The amenities were more than adequate given the price and the staff elevated the overall experience to one of a high level of satisfaction by doing the little things to show they valued my patronage. The immediate neighborhood was also an asset, with a good variety of moderately-priced local restaraunts in easy walking distance. If you are looking for a good value near enough to O'Hare to have free shuttle service, this is a solid choice.

| This was easy to find coming from the south on my back to the airport. Very close to the airport, clean, quiet, well run. Even had a fitness room and a spa. Wish I had my gear to use it. The breakfast looked good but I did not have time to stop but the apple I grabbed was fresh and firm. I would stay here again.

| Our family of 5 overnighted here and couldn't have been happier. We walked down the street to a local school where the kids could play for an hour or so before having dinner at one of the many local restaurants. The pool was unfortunately closed for maintenance, otherwise we would have definitely used it. Staff were nice, room was clean - for the money, we were very satisfied.
