| They overcharged us for the mini bar, valet parking and drinks but other than that the location was great and the room was very nice.

| Walking distance to everything. We love to walk on our Chicago visits; to excess. Returning to this room was a delight, roomy, clean, nicely appointed, beautiful bathroom, and the bed was fabulous! Free internet access and nice work area. Hotel staff was very friendly and eager to accomodate, room service was very good and fun to work with. We travel quite a bit (57 trips in the last 2 yrs) and our stay at this hotel ranks in the top 5! Thanks Expedia for offering them on your site or we may nevr have stayed there.

| I travel frequently and I can honestly say that this was THE best hotel in which I have stayed. The room was immaculate and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The room even had a 42" flat screen TV. The attention to details and friendliness of the staff was impeccable. Iwould definately recommend this hotel. Plus the location was easily within walking distance of most downtown attractions.

| We stayed here on our honeymoon. Everything was fantastic! The rooms were beautifully decorated, the bathroom was huge. The food was great and the staff was very friendly. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Chicago.

| We stayed at this hotel because of its location on top of the Westfield Mall. The mall was a great place to shop, and it was nice having the hotel attached to the mall. The rooms were very comfy with nice amenities. The only drawback was the price, very expensive, but the rooms were bigger and better than the average room.

| Excellent service!! We arrived at 10:30 a.m. on a Saturday and were able to check in right away! The concierge made good recommendations and brunch reservations for us for Sunday. We felt very well treated! Not a huge room, but very comfortable, clean, and well-decorated (No flowery bedspreads here!). The bed and pillows were luxurious. Great bathroom too. Nice turndown service, great workout room with a view, free apples and water! We also loved the very cozy bar. A great experience - we'd definitely go back!

| The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Perfectly located for shopping, dining and any and all entertainment. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Best sleep I have had. I highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. GRADE A++++++++

| Hotel was excellent and conveniently located close to shopping and good restaurants. Only poor point was breakfast at the hotel restaurant stopped at 10:30am; not good for a Sunday morning.
