| We enjoyed the hotel pool the most. Location was easy to access. Buffet breakfast was good. We did notice some minor repairs were needed, the ice machine and pop machine were out of order on our floor, but we were able to find one on the floor below. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful which made up for this inconvience. Would recommend this hotel to others.

| The hotel location is close to every things. Shopping mall, Theme park and restaurants.

| The hotel was ok. It was clean but run down (eg. had a hard time closing bathroom door, wallpaper coming off, etc.). Free internet was a big plus. Our room was right next to the elevator and we could hear it everytime someone went up or down.

| The service at the hotel was good,however the room was totally unexceptable. The wallpaper,carpet,furniture and windows were stained,soiled,tathered and way beyond need of remodel. The shutters on the window were broken and didn't allow complete privacy and were hard to manuever. The sink in the bathroom was peeling a coating and was half removed. The toilet seat was worn and painted at the worn spots. Our disappointment was great and we will never stay there again and will certainly think twice before considering another Sheraton stay.

| I was a little apprehensive when I booked the hotel and it was so cheap, but it was a great little hotel for the money. It was conviently located, had a really nice pool and the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful.

| I stay there for 3 nights and had nice room that cannot complain. The room was clean and the room service was great. This was my first time staying in this hotel and would reccommend this place for anyone that would be visiting the phoenix area. This place is close to the surrounding area of mini malls and many nice restraunts. The staff there was friendly and very helpfull.
