| This hotel was recomended by a waiter at a local Mexican restaurant we eat at who is from Manzanillo. He was right on. There are a few newer, possibly fancier hotels in the area, but Las Hadas is the crown jewel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the building and grounds are beautiful and the views, especially at sunrise and sunset are breathtaking. The beds were a little hard for our liking and the pillows were lumpy, but by the second or third night we didn't notice. The food at the hotel resaurants is very good, but overpriced. Especially the $17 per person breakfast buffet. Overall, we would definately return.

| Has charme but already shows signs of age. It has a little nostalgic touch and a great arabic setting. Walking around is a pleasure between the small roads and palm trees. Good for a relaxing weekend, but not longer than 3-4 days, as it offers not much except itself.

| Overall I was very happy with the hotel. The beach was excellent - not crowded at all and no vendors. Water was very swimmable and clean and you could see fish swimming all around you. Great pool also. Highly recommend upgrading to the Brisas Beach club room to get the view and breakfast, which was excellent, and free drinks/snacks at Happy Hour. During the week was very quiet at the hotel, almost like we had the place to ourselves at times. Beautiful location, excellent food at room service and restaurants. The hotel does need more English speaking TV channels and a community jacuzzi. Beautiful artwork, architecture, and trees.

| This hotel is beautiful and has a great view of the ocean! The rooms are very clean and room service was great! We stayed pretty high up and if needed, there were shuttles to help us down the hill to get to the pool. The beds are pretty hard, so I hope your back can tolerate the firmness. This was a perfect get-a-way hotel with a great location. The cab ride into town didn't take long nor was it very expensive. I would recommend anyone who wants to get away from reality to stay at Las Hadas.

| A little worn around the edges, but retaining all of the glory of its incredible natural setting, Las Hadas is definitely a top destination. We found the entire property to be spotless, clean and well-kept grounds, beautiful views at every turn, one of the most beautiful places that I have ever been. The only criticism was the food, but we were there at the low season and the best restaurants were closed.

| We stayed for 3 nights as Las Hadas as part of a longer trip from Manzanillo up the coast. I would recommend that you get the mid level room or better since the perks make it worth any price increase. There's access to a separate pool area where we spent mornings when it was too sunny to even read on the main beach under the umbrellas. There's a continental breakfast with the room and they ended up giving us the full buffet at no extra cost. Staff was warm, friendly, food is tourist friendly, safe to eat fruits, vegetables, ice, etc-- you can drink the filtered water from the tap-- no toothbrushing with bottled water or beer necessary! Very much a hopping spot for families, though privacy can be found, too. Breakfast fantastico!! Snack bar and restaurnats mediocre in our opinion-- go into town for meals.

| though we understood the typical inflated rate for our post-christmas, 2005, two-room stay, we were not prepared for the overpriced, low quality food at the beach restaurant, nor the stained floors and soiled furniture in the rooms, nor the 4.50 u-s dollar charge for accessing an 800-number from our room phones. though the rooms were clean, areas of the property, including restaurants were not. it is unnerving to be served breakfast beneath a dirt-encrusted ceiling fan.it is unwelcome, as well, to encounter unclean pool decks. in addition to all this, our rooms were not ready until 4:30 in the afternoon, an hour and a half after check-in time. this was a high cost, low delivery hotel stay in a beautiful property that is being allowed to drift into mediocrity. que triste.

| Extremely hot & humid with almost never any sea breeze - it's on the lee side of a peninsula. Hotel manager reneged on promise of no pay for meals after 1pm of first day of all-inclusive program. Charged for 2 visits to internet I never did - they did rescind those charges. Unsafe stairways with very few handrails. Rude manager.

| beautiful, beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff, the cleanest beach, and the biggest pool...everything in your room is white, including the tv! my husband and i went down for four days on a last minute trip and we never left the grounds of the property because everything we needed was there. the shops are spendy, so if you really want to do some souviner shopping, spend the 8.00 for the taxi ride into town.
